basic and overpriced mobiley sliding puzzler with 100 mostly trivial levels, divided into 9 packs. the store page says '100+', which is a lie. everything within a pack is available (except in the last one), further packs unlock after solving most in the current one, or you can release them all in the settings. the credits show weird symbols, find and click them on various levels and pick up the red dots for an extra challenge. I say challenge but collected ones are kept even after a reset or death (not after leaving a puzzle), so just grab them however you can and finish the level. movement is fast, no animations wasting time and the game is 98% mouseable and 98% keyboardable. wasd and arrows both work, z is undo (doesn't work after a reset), r is reset, or you can drag the plane and click icons. the reset button is shy and elusive, best bring up the menu and select the level again, 2 clicks instead of 1. the symbols can't be activated with the keyboard and there's no exit button to click, hence the 2% deductions. most of the screen is white clouds and there's no dark mode, nor on-screen level numbers after they pop up when a level starts. there are separate volumes, resolutions, windowed mode, refresh rate and a bunch of languages. menu music is much softer than anything in-game, so setting the volume is more annoying than it should be. no move limit or par to aim for. can't cross streams, as any ghostbuster would know, but they act as walls. compasses let you change course, gas stations erase the stream so far, lethal storm clouds are to be avoided. arrows send you in the indicated direction, portals are portals, color-coded. keys remove padlocks, clouds with a clock alternate between visible and invisible each turn. balloons can be pushed around to make or block the way. landing at an airport switches to a non-sliding car until the next port. it still emits a trail but storm clouds are no bother (except when they are, weird inconsistency, an earlier level vs. flight plan #3). another timed mechanic is brewing storm clouds spreading. make sure they've spread enough to pave the road to the exit but not enough to block it. fans chase them away, just like in real life. there are also air tunnels (or whatever they're called), enter one, come out on the other side. while done in a surprisingly competent manner, 10 bucks is a crazy asking price, both back in 2019 and years later, but if you can catch it for much less, it should pass a few hours. not sure if the promised mobile versions ever came to be, couldn't find them now, but I'm pretty certain that price point was or would've been closer to its actual value.
Semplice no?
Jetstream
25MB of storage. Punches way above its weight.

◈ THE FEEL
It feels like someone handed you a crossword puzzle, put on an ambient playlist, and left the room. No instructions. No interruptions. Just you, a little plane, and clouds. The whole thing is quiet in a way that's actually hard to pull off, not empty, just... calm. After whatever you were playing before, this is a genuine palate cleanser.

◈ HOW IT PLAYS
Pure puzzle. Each level introduces a mechanic through the level itself no text, no tooltips, no hand-holding. You figure it out by doing it wrong first. There are 9 distinct groups of puzzle set in total and they layer cleanly on each other without feeling padded. Some levels will genuinely make you stop and rethink. The controls are smooth enough that failure never feels like the game's fault.

◈ PROS

Teaches itself entirely through design. No tutorial text anywhere. That's rare and it works.
Genuinely makes you think sideways. Some solutions you won't see coming.
Totally frictionless. Boot it up, you're playing. No menus getting in the way.
Runs on basically anything. 25MB. No excuses not to try it.

◈ CONS

Short. 2-4 hours and you've seen everything. Completionists will roll credits fast.
No story. No world-building. Plane, clouds, done. That's the whole package.
Nothing to return to once you've finished. No NG+, no extra modes.

◈ WHO SHOULD PLAY THIS
People who want to sit down for two hours, genuinely think a bit, and feel satisfied at the end. Perfect between bigger games. If you liked Planet of Lana or Isle of Jura, this is the same vibe - just in puzzle form.
◈ WHO SHOULD STAY AWAY
If you need 40 hours of content to feel like a game was worth it, this isn't it. Same if you want difficulty that actually fights back, it's more about clarity than resistance.

◈ DEAR DEVELOPERS
[olist]
More levels. Seriously. The mechanics are strong enough to carry another hour or two without introducing anything new.
A time-trial or challenge mode would give completionists a reason to return after the credits roll.
Even a hint at a world, a little environmental storytelling, something would make the plane feel like it's going somewhere. [/olist]

◈ THE NUMBERS

Time to Beat ◈ 2–3 hrs Full Completion ◈ 3–4 hrs Missable Achievements ◈ None

◈ BOTTOM LINE

It's small, quiet, and genuinely well-made. The kind of indie game that reminds you why you bother with indie games.

If this review helped, a like would be appreciated. Thanks.
------------------------------------------------- It feels like there’s been some turbulence in my head. I got a lot more lost than I expected.
