Don’t buy this piece of ♥♥♥♥! You can’t even play a raid without your backpack or gun random falling off your character. I literally killed 2 people and looted keycard room just to get to extract with nothing on my person. This game is absolutely terrible and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ don’t waste your money. I’m sick I can’t get my money back.

I've honestly never played a game as jank on VR. I have no issue with jank in general. Most VR games are indie and thus come with a certain level of jank. But Tabor is jank to the point of often being broken. I play on a Quest 3. Starting right in the tutorial, I immediately noticed that tracking does not work properly. Your body often turns the wrong way and gets in your way. The tutorial is handled by way of a hologram that rambles off instructions. If you miss anything, then there is a reset button. However, try as I might, I could not get the reset button to work. The instructions are also incomplete. You're usually not giving all the information you need to complete the tutorials. Like that AK mags need to be loaded into the gun in a very specific way. One of the tutorials tasks you with mounting a scope on a sniper rifle, but doesn't tell you how this mechanic actually works. Even worse is that the interaction box on the scope is so small, that it was difficult to just pick it up in the first place. I kept accidentally adjusting a dial on the scope instead of picking it up. Then I couldn't figure out how to put it on the rifle. The tutorial finishes with you loading a shotgun. Here, too, it was a pain in the ass to get the shells into the shotgun. You have to hold the shells over a very specific, seemingly small part of the shotgun, in order to load them. Where exactly this spot is is not very obvious and in the end I had to flap the shells all over the general area in order for them to eventually go in. That's where I gave up on the game. I love the idea of a game that has such ultra realistic gun mechanics, but the game also needs to explain them to you, and those mechanics should work properly. I only have 4 hours logged because after quitting the game, it didn't close properly and stayed running in the background. Obviously. I love the idea of a game that has this much realism to its guns, but this game is borderline broken. Look elsewhere for your extraction shooter fix.
Game is basically Combat Waffles cash grab atp
keep making dlcs, get the money cws
who up ghosting they tabor rn
used to be a great game, ruined now somehow, have not played since before the island was update but every gun I use just seem to fire bb's for some reason, the bots have crazy accuracy from 100m away with a damn pistol, like what's the point
This game sucks, DO NOT BUY
JANK AF!! Yes, STILL!!!!
The GUNS are great. They've put a lot of thought into those. There are some REALLY good elements to this game. However for how poor the graphics are the poor performance isn't justified. And It's become SO complicated to just get in and play. The bunker has increased by 10x for no reason and loads of unnecessary areas have been added just making it infuriatingly inefficient compared to how it once was. Oh and it's glitchy as hell still. That's been a constant since I've played it and definitely hasn't gotten better. If you like getting shot by NPCs while stuck in a loading screen and losing all your gear, this is for you.
