I had a great time with Ghost Files 2: Memory of a Crime. The combination of detective work, supernatural elements and hidden-object gameplay works really well. I especially enjoyed uncovering clues and slowly putting the mystery together while the main character tries to recover his memories. The atmosphere is probably my favorite part. There are some creepy moments, but the game never becomes too scary, and the different locations are fun to explore. The puzzles are mostly straightforward, so don't expect anything extremely challenging. It's not perfect, but it was entertaining from start to finish. For fans of detective and hidden-object games, I'd say it's definitely worth a try. Enjoy :)

<Game native resolution: 1366x768> This is an interesting one. I wouldn't go so far as to say it was 'unique,' but Ghost Files 2 stands from other HOAGs I've played. First, the main character is a man; always a rare sight! The artwork has very detailed and realistic faces, which is put on display at the very start when the main character makes hilarious grimaces in front of a mirror. The voice acting for Arthur Christie is very strange, with unusual pronunciations that don't match any accents I'm aware of. The gameplay is standard, except for the paucity of logic puzzles. Almost all of the gameplay is perception-based tasks. It's just unusual. The main villain is "The Executioner,"
a woman we learn was driven to serial murder. After Mary Kelly married the wealthy Martin de Stal, she refused to pay her blackmailers and her husband found out about her time as a criminal working for "Big Lip." De Stal was outraged that his pregnant wife was a former criminal, so he then committed a crime by pushing her down the stairs. (??????) The fall caused a miscarriage, and Kelly ran away, biding her time until unleashing The Executioner murders against her former blackmailers.
There's also a bonus chapter here. It's a low quality experience that just shows some events leading to the beginning of the main game. The ending is extremely abrupt and totally lacking in satisfaction. There aren't any more Ghost Files games on Steam. I guess we're done here.
good game
The difficulty is just fine for relaxing in casual time
Es macht Schon Spaß leider etwas Kurz
This second ghost files games was running fine and smooth. Unfortunately later in the game because of using the forensic kit it looped me back to an area I had already been to with no way of getting out or back. I have great things to say about the 1st ghost files but I would stay away from this second ghost files game. I got both games on sale but very disappointed with half of the purchase.
