Retro, immersive, a favorite from childhood that still holds up today!

The grand finale to the saga of Geneforge did not disappoint The very final game in the saga was not the best, yet definitely the most polished. We also got to see the bigger picture working directly with members of great Shaper Council as an amnesiac wildcard. It took me 47 hours on my first run (minus, as always, hours of afk and some useless fighing, also, I did not finish all the side quests). Finally seeing the triumph of Shapers was very pleasing. The order and calm returned to Terrestia under Alwan's gaze.

While the weakest in the series, with the boss fight being exceptionally annoying, its still a fun game to play. my only real disapointment is that the titular geneforge is no longer the macguffin, and is pretty much completely ignored.

A fitting end to the series. Having played through Geneforge 1-5, I can say that I had countless of hours of fun doing so, and I can easily recommend it to any RPG fans. There's countless of ways to play the game and multiple endings give it tons of replayability. On to other Spiderweb Software creations!

In my opinion best game in the series, and a great pick for any classic crpg fans

A great story, an interesting world and a classic isomteric RPG-gameplay. Geneforge 5 does what its predecessors did and it does it very well.

It’s a cult classic for a reason. If you like your games thoughtful, weird, and textually dense, this one’s a gem from the old vault.
