The Cole Train runs on whole grain, baby! WOOOOH! I can recommend this on sale, but it isn't really a "Reloaded" version, it's more of a re-release of the kinda disappointing Ultimate Edition. If you want the best version of the original game then Gears of War: Redux is the better choice and it's free. Here some insights: The Reloaded version is pretty lacking when it comes to PC features. Keybinding options are limited and there's still no way to separate evade from the cover button, which can be annoying, also the graphic options are rather scarce. That said, it's still a great game, the godfather of the third-person cover-based shooters, remains a blast to play. It can feel a sometimes clunky, especially by modern standards, but the gritty combat, atmosphere and co-op gameplay still holds up. So it doesn't if you're playing solo or with a friend, it's impossible to not to have a blast chainsawing Locusts in half. Please, The Coalition, give us a Marcus Fenix Collection with Gears of War 1-3. Just a straight remaster, no remake needed. Keep the original games intact, add modern keybinding options, proper PC settings and an unlocked framerate. That's all I'm and most fans are asking for. The trilogy still holds up and it deserves a definitive PC and console release, that preserves what made it great while improving the technical side.

Nostalgically fun and clunky game. Cross-platform capabilities allow for a greater demographic reach. Campaign is a must especially before playing multi-player matches to get used to the absurd movements and wall sticking. Unfortunately, glitches are still common; however, the pros do outweigh the cons. Rock is Dead is the biggest cry baby. Should this game be played solely on a controller, nah.
Para quem nunca jogou gears 1 ou gears ultimate, recomendo a compra de gears of war reloaded, já que a história continua a mesma e os gráficos estão mais bonitos. No entanto, o jogo apresenta diversos problemas técnicos que acabam prejudicando a experiência. A desinteligência artificial dos companheiros é extremamente ruim, algumas missões falharam sem motivo aparente, outras simplesmente não iniciavam e me obrigaram a reiniciar do último ponto de controle, além de vários problemas visuais, como paredes perdendo textura durante a campanha. Levando em consideração que estamos falando de um remaster de um remaster, o preço parece alto para o nível de polimento entregue.

👍 Empfohlen Gears of War: Reloaded ist ein gelungenes Remake, das sich erfreulich nah am Original hält. Die Atmosphäre, die Inszenierung und das Spielgefühl wurden bewahrt, während Grafik und Technik sinnvoll modernisiert wurden. Natürlich kann man kritisieren, dass The Coalition nicht direkt die komplette ursprüngliche Trilogie neu aufgelegt hat. Viele Fans hätten sich sicher auch Remakes von Gears of War 2 und 3 gewünscht. Trotzdem macht Reloaded genau das, was es soll: Es bringt einen der wichtigsten Shooter seiner Zeit in zeitgemäßer Form zurück. Wer das Original geliebt hat, wird sich sofort zuhause fühlen. Neue Spieler erhalten die beste Gelegenheit, die Anfänge der Reihe kennenzulernen. Insgesamt ein gelungenes Remake, mit dem man als Gears-Fan durchaus zufrieden sein kann.
