About
Take part in the historic beach landings at Gallipoli and fight for survival on unforgiving shores and sun-scorched deserts!
After the muddy trenches of Verdun, the snowy plains of Tannenberg, and the imposing Alps of Isonzo, Gallipoli brings you the deepest dive into the Ottoman Fronts of World War 1 through grounded, yet accessible battles.

Gallipoli puts you in the shoes of a regular soldier of the British and Ottoman Empires. This is a hardcore, one-shot-one-kill PVP environment that demands teamwork in intense objective-based battles.

Fight on varied yet unforgiving battlefields in the infamous four-year campaign across the Ottoman fronts. Land on the beaches of Anzac Cove at dawn to seize the Dardanelles, attack the fort at Cape Helles aboard the SS River Clyde, or advance through the streets of Kut Al Amara to push back the British forces in Lower Mesopotamia.

Work together as a squad to gain an edge over your opponents in 25v25 PVP combat. Pick from 10 different specialized classes, each with an essential historical role on the battlefield. Take the lead as an Officer, lay down suppressive fire as a Heavy Machine Gunner or Sniper, and keep your squad in the fight as a Stretcher Bearer!
Weighty weapon handling and methodical reloads keep the engagements grounded, affected by your mental state and familiarity with each weapon. Explore the authentic arsenals of the British and Ottoman Empires, featuring over 50 highly detailed weapon and equipment options, and feel each weapon’s historical characteristics.

Great game; strikes a balance between realism (high lethality, slow movement/gunplay) and arcadey (e.g. on-screen scoring) gameplay which can appeal to nearly everyone who enjoys multiplayer shooters.
I've played more of this than I did with Verdun & Tannenberg, I really enjoy it. It's a little rough around the edges, it's kind of clunky, and needs some work for sure but overtime it'll be much more polished. Nothing is more fun than being a shirtless ANZAC with a Lewis Gun and clearing out trenches, I do feel immersed for sure.
I think it's great, and it's done a lot to solve the problems of sweatlord snipers unrealistically dominating the game. The classes are great. More points are rewarded for support. Going back to officers that are more Verdun style was an excellent choice, as they were so powerful in Isonzo that whichever side that had the better officers *always* won. The gunplay is actually realistic, no sweaty twitch shooting, again excellent. I've actually fired rifles of the period, and I can tell you. Suppression, again, is incredible. As is panic. The lower ammo amounts is an excellent depiction of this theater. Overall I love this game. I think it's the best installment of the series yet.
