Reviews
This game serves as the dramatic conclusion for the series where most of the big reveals happen. The stakes are high and a lot of unexpected twists are thrown at the player along with a some references to older Little Tail Bronx games for long-time fans of the series. The battle system remains mostly the same as the previous 2 games with some minor changes to try and spice things up. It's a fun battle system, but if you play all 3 games back to back you'll probably start to feel a little burnt out by the end of this one. Overall it's a very entertaining experience, but I feel like it goes on a little too long and some of the bonus secret scenes kind of feel out of place and with the tone of the rest of the game. If you liked the other games, this game brings the series to a reasonably satisfying conclusion, and will be even more enjoyable to anyone who has played the previous Little Tail Bronx games.
Fun!

Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.29/day in the week to Jul 30 → 0.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Well, that’s it, the trilogy of ‘Melodies of Steel’ has come to an end. To be honest, I really enjoyed this game. And yet, it’s this very game that leaves me with the most mixed feelings. And I’m not talking about the plot or the characters - I actually quite liked them. It’s the most ambitious instalment in the series, expanding the game’s world to the very limit. I enjoyed this lore and the expansion, but I can understand those who might feel that the developers have gone too far and made things too convoluted. As for what I personally didn’t really like, I’d say that the new mining mini-game is rather dull and feels like a pointless addition. On the one hand, it’s good that you can fully automate it and not have to give it a second thought. On the other hand, if the only advantage of a dull game is that you can get through it fast, surely it could have been made more interesting. I’d also remove the silhouettes of the characters yet to be unlocked in the Assist System. When you don’t know in advance exactly who will be unlocked once you’ve met the relevant criteria, it adds more interest and intrigue. The same goes for a child who wants to fire the Soul Cannon to save the others. I think that after three games, we know them well enough to guess who is willing to sacrifice themselves just from the text alone. It would have been a more dramatic touch, especially if, instead of a paused moment, their thoughts had simply been conveyed while the battle was going on, as something actually happening in the background. On the other hand, the Super Soul Cannon is absolutely brilliant. It has the best and most terrifying animations of any in the three games. The bosses in the game are great too; I liked the move away from traditional tanks in favour of more animalistic metal creatures. I enjoyed the way the story developed for all the characters, particularly through the secrets (that said, the addition of the character from the development of Boron’s story to the Assist System was, in my opinion, the most random of them all). Also, in my opinion, this song (Flower on the Trails -Piano ver.-) which you can unlock by completing "Fuga: Melodies of Steel 2", is the perfect track for those moments when you take a break. I’ve played through all three games in the series from start to finish, and I’ve unlocked every single achievement in each one. Firstly, because it’s not actually that difficult to do. Secondly, because I genuinely enjoyed these games. I’ve grown quite attached to these furry children. And whilst their suffering won’t end just yet, I’ll be eagerly awaiting the next chapter in their story. “To live is to suffer, to survive is to find some meaning in the suffering”
kinda sweet that they added tank tactics to this furry visual novel.
I sincerely cannot recommend this game enough. The combat is engaging, and the story leaves me begging for more.
