From Glory To Goo is a Sci-Fi survival RTS set on an alien world. Serve as humanity's bulwark by establishing a colony and supporting your colonists still in orbit. But beware, for The Goo, a relentless and shape-shifting force approaches from all sides, even above and below.

I hope the Dev lives a very long, happy, and healthy life; for making this masterpiece, thank you.
its actually pretty good, absolutely unexpected, thank you
I love this game. I have been seeking something that scratches the starcraft 2 itch - rts with a good mix between macro, micro, and base building. This has all of those and executes them in a way that feels like a more streamlined version of sc2, with some differences in faction mechanics. I usually only play RTS for pvp and don't enjoy the campaigns, but this game has a wonderful campaign. The only thing missing is multiplayer / player vs player. I don't think this will be added because it would require extensive balancing changes, but it would make this one of my favorite games of all time. As it stands it is a great game already, it doesn't feel like early access. If you like RTS like sc2, command and conquer, or colony building games like rimworld, songs of syx, definitely check this out.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

amazing RTS, TAB but aliens and better gameplay
I love base building, base survival, tower defense, RTS. Nicely balanced. Very challenging, but you can set difficulty at your own pace. Finally we have a couple good ones on Steam, it's been nearly 2 decades since playing this genre during the SC2/WC3 modding days. Now I'm just waiting for a co-op version of this. They are Billions, There Will be no Diplomacy, Cataclysmo, single player, single player, single player. Riftbreaker is co-op but is a bit different from the RTS vision. Who will be the first to make a multiplayer one? Will there ever be one? Or do I have to make it? Anyway, From Glory To Goo is a masterpiece and relatively hidden gem.
This is the best horde RTS game I played. Can't wait to see where they go!
Really good game so far. Looking forwards to seeing updates. - Gameplay is challenging but fair. You need to keep expanding in order to take more territory and get more resources. - different factions have different ways of building up which are quite interesting and unique. - just feels very responsive
Better than "We are billions"
Fun!
