Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

Reviews
The game was good, finally finished the game. Like all Final Fantasy games, the ending is a massive ramp and goes fast, the adrenaline hype. I still think FF9 is my favorite.
Perfeito S2
First time playing since the origional back in the year 2006 and it's absoloutly fantastic took me just under 100 hours to 100% it but, it was more then worth it.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 17: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Jogo estratégico, muita coisa escondida para você descobrir, muitos chefes secretos e uma historia de tirar o folego.
If you enjoyed older FF games then you would enjoy this one. If you judge it against modern games today its like a 6/10, quite dated. The game can be long if you want it to as there is a huge world to explore and picking off enemies in your way gets addicting. You can basically make the game play itself too as you can customize what each character does in certain situations (e.g. if HP < 50%, heal). Didn't particularly like the "licence board" - this is where you choose which character attributes to level up, but there is also a choice of what weapons/armor you can equip, if you don't have the right licence, you can't equip it. The story seems sparse and not that interesting, it is less about your characters and more about the state of the world. The graphics have been improved a little from the PS2 version and it has some nice and varied scenery. Overall I'd say it's the weaker FF game from the PS2 era.

I would have hated this one if there were no 2x and 4x speed up. The story is alright. The worldbuilding is cool. The music is more ambient and just plays in the backround all of the time. The combat system is more like an MMO than a normal FF game. The license boards and job system is half baked. Quickenings are RNG and boring to do. Summoning espers is just useless. The gambit system is really good. The game from start to end is too easy up until some bosses just become immune to all damage and you just stand there doing nothing. There is a lot of side content here but most of it is just alright and not worth doing. -= 7.1/10 =-
