i've seen a lot of negatives on the exp system but for me , i dont mind that . Only thing that i find tedious is the amount of doors in this game to forces way too many encounters . Yes , you can turn of encounters but you need that to level your characters as they level through their actions . As for things that i absolutely love is the story . I can feel the struggle of rebellion with those timely and emotional NPC deaths . A must play for the story and soundtracks IMO

worth a playthrough this version offers fixes for some of the odd choices devs made on the original but beware not all of the issues
The game kinda sucks overall, but the thing that really set me over the edge is after i beat the game, not only did i not get the achievment for beating the game (i'm probably going to beat the final boss again just for it) but also I like to watch the developer credits, only for them to stop working 20 seconds in. I'm never going to play this game ever again.
In comparision to Final Fantasy I this game is absolutely awful: -The map is awfully empty and unlike in the first game you can just go everywhere and have to just be lucky that you dont run into a zone with high level monsters -The leveling system is just nonsense And one thing in general: Its an absolute joke that they recycled all the sprites from the FF1 Pixel Remaster
