Fierce Tales: Feline Sight Collector's Edition

Very short HOG game....both main and bonus chapter took me under 5 hours. A must play for cat lovers....everything is feline themed. Gorgeous graphics and very easy game play. Achievements don't link with Steam. There are hidden cats (25) all up in scenes, but tutorial didn't mention them. I was halfway through when I accidentally clicked one. Instant travel on map. Puzzles very easy. 7/10

A winter-themed adventure game about ancient rituals and jealousy. You're a local veterinarian that is specialized in treating cats. One day, a snow leopard turns your ordinary life upside down. Once you had one down, another one appears. Then another one and another one. How would you escape the army of snow leopards? How would you discover the truth behind the attacks? How is this even related to the two subjects I've pointed above (ancient rituals and jealousy)? How would you end this madness? PROS: - Interesting plot; - Snowy landscapes; - Cat and parchment collectibles; - Fast-travelling map; - Handy guide; - Main game + Bonus chapter; - The ranger is a real gentleman (sometimes I get the feeling that he is the protagonist and I'm the side-kick). CONS: - Abrupt ending! - No journal entries. All in all, a great experience. The game does remind one of many other games. Two for the series: A Dog's Heart and Marcus' Memory. One from Blood Omen series, namely: Legacy of Kain Defiance. That's the vibe I got from playing this game. What about you? What games does this remind you of?

Mitigated feelings for me. Positive (for me): - The cats and papers to be found in the landscape. - There is a lot to do and many places to be visited. - The activities are very varied. Negative (for me): - Puzzles too easy. - Too many cinematics. - Worst of all: Regular game freeze with black screen, up to several minutes.

I really enjoyed this entry to the Fierce Tales collection. The artwork was crisp and beautiful, the games and puzzles were fun and challenging and the story was decent albeit disconnected. It's a short game so I recommend you pick it up on sale.

Fierce Tales in 5 Sätzen: 1. Der Storyaufhänger ist nicht uninteressant. (Irgendwas mit magischen Schneeleoparden) 2. Die Grundstimmung und der Soundtrack sind entspannt. 3. Der große "Plot" wird leider schon im Ladebildschirm zum Hauptmenü offenbart. 4. Die Kulissen sind schön gestaltet. 5. Ich bin mir sicher, dass das Spiel bei Mediamarkt in einer pinken Hülle stecken würde. Bin positiv überrascht. Danke, Ende.

Awesome game and awesome story. I could not stop playing until I finished.

Both the minigames and HOGs are challenging and satisfying, the graphics are nice, and the story is well written. The culture is a bit eclectic (snow leopards meet Aztec architecture in Canada), but putting that aside, this is one of the best Big Fish puzzle games I've ever played.
