Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 24 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Fermi’s Path is an arcade-focused action title from GameArt Studio GmbH that builds an experience around reflexes, precision, and constant motion. Taking inspiration from classic score-chasing arcade design, the game places players in control of a particle named Fermi as it travels through dangerous microscopic environments filled with obstacles, hostile entities, and increasingly demanding challenges. Rather than relying on story-heavy presentation or large progression systems, the game commits fully to fast gameplay and mastery-driven mechanics, creating an experience that rewards persistence and concentration. The concept immediately separates Fermi’s Path from many traditional arcade games. Instead of spaceships, soldiers, or fantasy heroes, players guide a tiny particle through abstract scientific pathways where survival depends on movement efficiency and reaction speed. The environments embrace a stylized microscopic theme that gives the game a distinctive identity. While the scientific presentation adds flavor, the real focus remains on navigating increasingly dangerous stages while maintaining complete control under pressure. Gameplay revolves around avoiding hazards, destroying threats, and surviving constantly escalating situations. Early stages introduce mechanics gradually, allowing players to understand movement and combat fundamentals before difficulty begins to accelerate. Once the pace increases, however, Fermi’s Path becomes a much more demanding experience. Obstacles arrive faster, enemy behavior grows more aggressive, and maintaining awareness becomes increasingly important. The game creates tension not through complexity but through relentless escalation. One of the strongest aspects of Fermi’s Path is its accessibility combined with long-term depth. The controls are easy to understand within minutes, making it approachable for newcomers. However, mastering the game requires patience and practice. Success depends on learning movement patterns, recognizing environmental dangers quickly, and improving reaction timing through repeated play. The learning process feels rewarding because improvement comes naturally through experience rather than artificial progression systems. Combat adds additional variety to the formula. Players are not simply avoiding danger throughout levels. Enemy particles must also be confronted, creating situations where defensive movement and offensive decisions occur simultaneously. Managing both aspects effectively becomes increasingly important later in the game when screen activity intensifies. This balance helps prevent gameplay from becoming overly repetitive while maintaining the focused arcade identity. Visually, Fermi’s Path favors clarity over spectacle. Bright particle effects, glowing pathways, and abstract environmental designs ensure players can quickly process information during high-speed gameplay. The artistic direction supports the mechanics well because visibility remains essential once difficulty begins increasing. The minimalist presentation may not deliver visual grandeur, but it accomplishes exactly what the game requires: clear readability under pressure. Audio presentation also contributes positively to the overall experience. Electronic music and energetic sound effects reinforce the game’s fast-moving nature without becoming distracting. The soundtrack complements the arcade pacing effectively, helping maintain intensity throughout play sessions. Combined with responsive controls and escalating gameplay speed, the audio design strengthens the sense of momentum that drives the entire experience. Replay value stands out as another major advantage. Beyond the main progression, Fermi’s Path includes an endless mode designed specifically for players who enjoy score competition and mastery-focused gameplay. Chasing leaderboard positions introduces extra longevity and encourages experimentation with strategies. The satisfaction of improving personal performance becomes a core motivation to return repeatedly. An especially valuable addition comes through the inclusion of level creation tools and community integration. Players can design custom stages and share them with others, expanding the available content far beyond the standard experience. Community-generated challenges introduce additional longevity while giving dedicated players opportunities to test creativity alongside skill. Features like these help smaller arcade titles maintain long-term appeal. The game is not entirely without weaknesses. Players who prefer narrative-heavy experiences or large-scale progression systems may struggle to remain invested long term. Fermi’s Path focuses heavily on repetition and mastery rather than storytelling variety. Its difficulty can also become intimidating for players seeking a more casual experience. Mistakes often carry significant consequences, and progress sometimes requires repeated failures before improvement becomes noticeable. Environmental variety occasionally feels somewhat limited as well. While gameplay remains engaging due to escalating challenge, some players may wish for larger mechanical shifts or more dramatic visual evolution during extended sessions. The focused design philosophy benefits gameplay consistency but occasionally sacrifices broader variety. Despite these shortcomings, Fermi’s Path succeeds because it understands its strengths and commits fully to them. GameArt Studio GmbH created an arcade experience built around precision, speed, and replayability without unnecessary distractions. The combination of challenging gameplay, satisfying progression through mastery, endless replay potential, and user-created content results in a package that feels authentic to classic arcade design principles while incorporating enough modern features to remain engaging. Players who enjoy demanding arcade titles that reward focus and improvement over time will likely find considerable value here. Fermi’s Path may not reinvent the genre, but its unusual theme, responsive gameplay, and commitment to pure arcade fundamentals make it a memorable experience for those willing to embrace its challenge.
we need chinese.

Voto: 4.5/10.
This game I would class as a level-based runner (as opposed to an infinite runner) and it actually starts off quite nicely. Sure the synth-pop music may not be to everyone's taste but I really like it as it goes well with the action. The beats don't quite chime in with collecting the rings but there you go. (It's not a rhythm game.) Unfortunately, the developers throw far too much at you far too early and, likewise, ramp the difficulty up well before you've become accustomed to the basics. By Level 3 they're throwing so much at you that it becomes far too overwhelming and frantic. In fact, the collectables are designed in such a way that it is downright impossible to collect them all. As such what could have been a relaxing and pleasant opening for the player (where you can smash the first 5 or 6 levels) becomes an exercising in the player feeling useless at the game. Yes, it's easy enough to get to the finish line but leaving all those uncollected gems and tokens and whatnot behind just makes the player feel inadequate. Consequently what seemed like a really promising and intriguing game at first is a title that I just can't recommend.

The bullets do not destroy obstacles and the powerup lift is arguably ill designed. Play Redout instead. Fermi's path comes across as a unity engine runner with aspirations to have a lot of accessibility to a large swathe of player. The level design always consists of a tube with the only variation coming in with the placement of coins and powerups. The pacing of the game itself is too slow to truly represent a challenge for motor skills and the main difficulty stems from having to avoid getting zoned out by the hypnotic constant progression. https://store.steampowered.com/app/517710/Redout_Enhanced_Edition/
