About
Helena is a rookie assassin who dreams of fame. Like you, she likes Nice Things. As she gets more kills, she gets more money to buy Nice Things. She also gets new skills
After her first kill and the headlines it made on a lot of forums, Helena started getting requests for kills. Help her go through her inbox to determine which job is worth her time.
Not all targets are created equal. Some are worth the risk, others requires better stats to accomplish. The stats you earn from buying nice things plus your performance in minigames will determine the success of the kills.
This is a game about stats, getting your follower count high, and learning more about Helena.

Helena is a lone assassin who exclusively kills men. She is a refugee turned girl boss. This is an off-shoot prequel to Liminal Void detailing the life of Helena after her first kill up until the events of the first game.
This game doesn't endorse hate, btw.

Game is a cross between "heat" management( where you have to go for kill and manage your heat) and warioware with some incremental features. Slightly biased review as I know the Dev for over a decade but I'm one of their few friends who actually critiques their ♥♥♥♥ proper instead of just blinding playing for 10 mins and saying it's good. Pros: Aesthetic is very unique, best way to describe it is a y2k bad weeb dream. Music is very good, dev should just post each song on youtube tbh. Truly a unique experience and not trying to be like some other game. If you are a monkey like be and like clicking stuff and seeing shinny results this is a good game. Cons: Long term progression is a bit unclear, there is a goal tab but trying to figure out which is the best thing to do next is not very clear. Taking higher paying jobs raises heat by a lot but there are ways to decrease it slightly faster but just have to figure it out but it still feels like an annoying wait. Verdict : If you are looking for something unique and not like any other game you should get it, but if you are looking for a polished gem from start to finish you might want to skip. HOWEVER the dev does listen to feedback on their discord so this review might be outdated in as little as 2 months.

This was the second game I was trying from the series. Again, I wanted to like it, but the deliberately, obtuse, chaotic, and overwhelming nature works against it rather than for it, in my opinion.
i love killing men
Too busy. Drops you into the game with little information. Time runs constantly, so learning the game just sets you back. Difficult to figure out how exactly the real mini-games are going to play out after reading about them or for how long it runs. I see that there are advanced options and skills that you unlock to streamline the game, but the inbox portion just felt boring right off the bat anyway. No real point in locking things that streamline monotony. Like school forcing you to do math without a calculator until you do enough homework. Constant information hitting you is supposed to amp you up for this, I guess, but to me, it just feels like a lack of consideration for the player, and more of choice to play towards the aesthetic. The whole thing feels more about the aesthetic experience than the gameplay experience, and it's very disappointing that a good combination of both can't be had. Will try to swallow more of the game, as I do enjoy the concept, but the initial experience did was not very pleasant.
Another awesome game from Jeistar The game is really enjoyable, just a looooooot going on like maybe too much at times. However the minigames are really fun other than the rhythm game I did struggle with that a tad. I really anticipated this game and I love the pieces of lore and quirky comments that are often given. I think this game is really enjoyable and is my 2nd favourite of Jeistar's games. Keep up the good work 10/10 <3
This is avant-garde, psychedelic, post-Y2K, post-vaporwave, all ART. The gameplay is a meta-commentary on how procedural contract killing can be and how affording "Nice things" becomes as mundane and meaningless as the task of researching faceless targets or reading fan mail. Making the art of killing no more exciting than a desk job. This is not an endorsement of the gameplay! The gameplay is a means to the end of the art, to give pauses of air between snippets of the self-obsessed, misandrist, psychopathic killer's internalized monologue. It would be almost humanizing if it weren't Helena's vacuous lifestyle and her diseased superiority complex fueled by her inferiority complex. The author/developer even cautions the reader, noting aside during her more insidious inclinations to advise against sympathising with Helena. I believe that the gameplay itself is created to put the player in a frenetic state of panic that would make you understand Helena's motivations. The gameplay is a means to an end in this artistic endeavour, not for the player's enjoyment. It creates disquiet to meld you with the state Helena must be in. Taken at face value, there is no gameplay but a series of button-mashing, quicktime events, memory tests, time management, and resource management. Then there is the music. The music draws you in like the siren that it is, lulling you into a sense of flow. If you ever let yourself be drawn into a flow during repetitive tasks like working out, programming, building, writing, etc while listening to songs that catch you; well, if you know you know... The music is sublime in this manner, striking this precise chord. The character models give me PS1 - PS2 / early Persona/anime vibes. To me: Femme Fatality is like an artistic meta commentary on being a woman today with social media / female competitiveness / male-female dynamics / the purpose and fulfillment of work / contradictions of characters / facelessness of parasocial relationships. So who would this be for anyway? Fans of the developer's other game, Liminal Void, to learn more lore of Helena. It's for people who want a unique experience in non-linear storytelling. It's for people who love to explore different styles of art. Those who want to support a talented artist. At the time of this review, I haven't been able to fully unlock the story and am on my 4th Era. (Eras are like, but not like a new game + or a reset of an incremental game.) I intend to explore more.
A scream of frustration, angst, anger, bitterness, and a love of nice things all wrapped up in a classic, dirty cyberpunk aesthetic that's simultaneously of an era yet timeless. Not gonna be for everyone, but I had a great time.
Yeah, this ♥♥♥♥ is peak. You like Warioware? Play this ♥♥♥♥. You like Hitman? Play this ♥♥♥♥. You like Monster Hunter? Play this ♥♥♥♥. You get home from work and are looking for something to play for 2.3 hours? Play this ♥♥♥♥.
loud, busy, bitcrushed, chopped and screwed. dope incremental-ish game with minigames and mixed media stuff reminding me of some other raw ass indie titles. very cool and LOTS going on visually. good way of taking out anger on men (derogatory)
over the top edgy y2k swag, basically femcel warioware. big fan of this one
