Fatekeeper offers rich progression mechanics that go far beyond surface-level stats. Build and refine your character with meaningful choices across combat styles, attributes, and spell schools. Whether you lean into raw strength, nimble precision, or devastating sorcery, the game supports a wide range of viable and unique builds.

beat all of early access by kicking goblins into holes
I Have Completed The Early Game Access in 2.6hours, I have alot of likes and not many dislikes, Likes: game looks amazing, combat is pretty cool, spell casting is alot of fun and the ragdolls are pretty funny. Alot to explore even in early access and the puzzles are pretty straight forward. i definitely missed out on some loot but i did find a pretty nice blue bladed sword and some cool one handed weapons. +10 points for talking rat. Dislikes: i dont have the greatest pc's but i also dont have the worst of em, the game did stutter a small amount when loading into new area's with lots of lighting, there was a couple of spots where prop collision could be better, adding a map would be really great but i understand if it doesnt get added as to not ruin immersion, overall great game, will definitely play it when the full game comes out with its few bugs fixed and some optimizations.
The current early access version of the game is short, but the gameplay punches way above its weight class. I was dying for a violent, gory game and this one fit the bill. The combat is deceptively simple at first, but once you find your rhythm with offense, defense, evasion, and magic, it can be as straightforward or as complex as you like. This is amplified greatly when you add in the various environmental and physics-based hazards. I see a lot of people comparing this to Dark Messiah of Might and Magic, and they aren't far off. It certainly has DMMM bloodlines, but this didn't just feel like DMMM. It felt like the first time playing Dark Messiah. The game inspires curiosity and rewards experimentation in the best ways. I genuinely can't wait to see what the game becomes, I will be replaying this early access build over and over until it comes out. Some quick notes: + The skill tree is massive and varied, though you will only make it to the mid tier of one side of it in this early version + The alchemy system has me absolutely pumped, and I play an alchemist in nearly every game that lets me. Simple to use and potent even in the early game. + The game is staggeringly beautiful. On par with Ghost of Tsushima in terms of style, environmental design, and graphical fidelity. It will never need a remaster. + The game actually made me laugh out loud at certain points, both from gameplay and cinematics. + If you think you can do it with the game's current systems, you probably can. You can pull levers with telekinesis, throw dropped spears and stones with it. You can kick or pull enemies into each other like bowling balls. + "Glory kills" only exist for the two bosses in the game right now, but as you level up, if you hit a specific body part with a heavy attack, it will come off. Sometimes in glorious slow motion. Also, very interestingly, some enemies are incredibly tenacious and will continue to fight even while missing an arm. + Perfect parry and dodge rewards + Mantle mechanic means that the world is ripe for exploration + Item descriptions are deep and rich with lore - Please for the love of god add long-press keybinds. If light attack is M1 and heavy is M2, that means that block is an awkward keybind that makes it clunky to use in combat. I can't overwrite 30 years of muscle memory, I need block on M2 - No controller support as of yet - If there is a bow or ranged weapon in early access, I haven't found it - No stealth system as of yet - Low enemy variety, but this is a pretty specific vertical slice of gameplay, I'm sure there's plenty more to come Overall, I'm thrilled. I can't wait to see what Paraglacial can do. This game being made by 13 people is baffling to me. It's a day one buy for sure.
Graphic are amazing, best i have seen so far! Combat is very unresponsive, half of attacks land if you are lucky. Most of the time the character has to stop completely before next animation kicks in like drinking potions and so on. Mass waves of enemies becomes more of a chore to fight rather than a fun experience. Bosses becomes easy when you try to block most attack instead of dodging.
the graphics are absolutely incredible. love the game play thus far, and the fact that magic and melee can be combined. My only downside to this point is the lack of ability to choose what monitor i am using to play on.
Very nice game. This is still early access, so the developers can deliver an awesome game I think. I will start with the, in my opinion, negative part. There were mainly two negative issues I had: 1. sometimes the sound was very wacky - most of the time I could barely hear objects that were moved by the protagonists body and sometimes my ears almost fell of because I stepped on a piece of broken chair or chest. 2. Some of the enemies, but especially the final boss of this EA version had this mechanic in which the boss makes a powerfull attack and while doing so jumps 4 meters ahead. In a big area that is usually not a problem, but in smaller spaces it can be really annoying. I hope that will be a bit more balanced in the final version. Especially if the dodging windows are so small. Now the positive part: The graphics are really nice, the fighting feels really good - you can really feel the impact of your attacks. Of course, there was not much story or lore in this version, but the world feels pretty cool, dark and interesting. There were no difficult riddles you had to solve - you basically search for the lever/chain to open a door, but there is potential for more. Technically, the game runs pretty smooth on medium settings (my PC is not a huge powerhouse). I had 3 or 4 longer lags (2 seconds or so), but the game feels quite optimized. I am really looking forward to the full release.
Is pretty solid in its current state, and the price is so low that you'll get your money's worth even if it's never finished. The RPG mechanics are the most unfinished part of the game. Runs well. Do recommend.
Cool game i would add sound when you crossing a small lake/pond graphics are amazing
Really great game so far. I am a huge fan of first person immersive style games like Dishonored. This seems to be a Dark Messiah type game (which I have not played). The dodge and block system is something I've been wanting for a long term. The First person is great. I was getting around 40 fps on ulta graphics setting and have a pretty decent rig. I am looking forward to the full release. A better Skyrim already.
