great game
It's good now.
Good game. Cloud be nice to have more Nvidia/AMD controls and native Linux/SteamOS support
I originally played this game at launch with my buddies on Playstation, and boy was it a mess. The game had frame rate drop issues, straight up game changing glitches but the memories we made on the game were priceless and the goofy nature of some of the bugs made the experience more fun in the long run. Many say this game lacks the "fallout essence" but after years of them keeping the game updated, this is genuinely a great fallout product. The world building and additions to the lore make for an interesting deep playthrough. With the addition of wastelanders much of the monotony of reading through notes and holotapes was made into a side story to follow. There are definitely still major problems with 76, right now I cant progress a quest line because a note wasn't added to my inventory. The community this game has made is something truly special, every player I run across takes their time to drop supplies and give a loving sentiment or funny emote. Definitely worth picking up if on a discount, because its a nice RPG looter shooter.
good game
I played Fallout 76 before human NPCs were added. In my opinion, the game didn't become any better after their introduction. When I came back, the biggest thing that ruined the experience for me was the Community Box. It was filled with everything you could possibly need, which completely killed any motivation to explore or collect loot. On top of that, side quests can be different for each player in a team. It's bizarre that a game clearly meant to be played with friends can have teammates doing completely different objectives instead of playing together. The main quests aren't much better. If you're not the team leader, you're basically just a spectator. The leader makes all the dialogue choices, while the other player doesn't even get to see the dialogue options - they can only fool around in the background while waiting.
80 hours and i still don't understand some elements of the game but it's addicting idk why xd
Peak Game, Peak Graphics, Peak Lore.
People always ask me if this is a good game. I don't know what to tell them, at this point I like building houses and making my character cute. I pay for fallout first and you probably will too because it makes it playable. I think if you like fallout and season based games you will enjoy it. It's fun.
