Reviews
It just isn't fun. It's confusing, VERY backwards compared to other similar titles.
Really like the designs and its got its own uniqueness in music, design etc. going. However it is boring as hell. It offers you essentially the complexity of Stellaris, while making it twice as boring. Better play HOM3, while less research oriented, it at least does not put you to sleep.
Выглядит плохо,скучно, не играбельно Мой итог 1/10
It's very boring, and very aimless. Just play Civilization 6 instead.
Still amazing 11 years after the release
shuts down on startup
10/10 game! I really enjoyed having the game spawn an immortal guardian in the first rounds that could solo siege every city and there is nothing to be done about it, I can fully recommend this.
Combats so clunky and long that it will get you seething. Late game, they will take so long that you'll have time to cook as they resolve. It makes the game unplayable. I really tried to give this game a chance, but combats are an unavoidable part of it.
My most played 4X. And my "most played" I mean mostly me being a whiny little brat to my friends when I don't spawn near a godly starting spot. Ahhh young me. Jokes aside the title is quite nice, with neat little side stories and amazingly drawn factions.
This game sucks. I start my first new game, pick a faction and hit the map. Turn 15 or so rolls around, I accidentally fulfill some arbitrary objective, and the game throws invading enemies at my two fledgling cities' doorsteps, instantly bankrupting me and taking away all ability to defend myself from said enemies. I then lose my entire military to the first one while the second one is able to ruin me single-handedly. If this is any indication of how future games will go, I'm refunding this trash. This game feels like Humankind, but worse in every way and abusive on top of it. Least fun 2 and a half hours ever wasted.
