A tactical sci-fi RPG set in an alternative 1970's, where an enormous and inexplicable artifact –the Dome– is discovered in a remote desert. Fight enemies, explore the anomalous wasteland, level up your character, join one of the forces in the ruined world.

Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.43/day in the week to Aug 18 → 1/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

This is a russian game, made by russians, who are rapists, killers and terrorists. I haven't noticed it beforehand and now cannot refund it. I strongly DO NOT recommend purchasing it to anyone.
I really really want to reccomend this game but the number of bugs is just unacceptable even for a smaller game studio the number of times i have had to wait for 5+ seconds for any menu to open is insane i swear half the times i enter dialogue the whole game freezes for 30 seconds oh and the number of times i have been in an open space with no obstacles blocking movement and the character just doesnt respond to movement commands until i find just the right direction is painful, and thats not to mention the pathing getting stuck on random obstacles for no reason and me having to reload to escape it i really want to reccomend this game so much i have played around 150 hrs and half of that has been me having to repeat the same tasks over and over since the game glitches out or just waiting for the game to respond after the whole thing locks up with every action in some areas its such a shame to since the story is interesting and the variety of solutions to problems makes the game super engaging but its just to buggy

I really wanted to like this, but it's basically an unfinished product. From what I've seen, the devs were whacked by an ongoing barrage of COVID aftermath, publisher meddling, and then the Russian economic lockout; I suspect all the external pressure led to a lot of core content in the game not being finished as they shipped to recoup losses before being shuttered. - In terms of actual gameplay, it's generally pleasant for the first third of the game, as these sections received a lot of love and attention during the better development periods. It controls like a classic RPG with free movement outside of combat, often presenting multiple paths to get to and complete objectives, usually in at least 2 branching manners. Combat is simple and functional with each weapon type specializing in a different set of tactics and options. It's usually very easy even on harder difficulties, but a couple of fights really spike the difficulty due to either presenting a unique boss enemy which bypasses the usual rules or placing a fight in circumstances which put you at an extreme disadvantage. Exploration is usually fun; there is a very large world map with a lot of little areas to explore, though most of it is unavailable until the last third of the game. Sometimes you find something amusing like a functional fishing hole or a scene from just before everything went to hell... but sometimes you find really pointless things like a miniboss locked behind a senseless puzzle and there's no reward for the fight aside from the EXP for killing it. Later quests do become tedious due to the unfinished nature of the game; dialogue and menu text will often imply there are multiple ways to solve a problem or pretend to do it like the NPC wanted you to while you subvert, but often you'll find you have only a single railroaded option to aid someone you might have preferred to see fail. A large number of quests involve the classic "go there, click an interactive item, and then come back" with minimal roleplaying text and opportunities involved. Companion quests are mentioned but there are none implemented in the game, as far as I'm aware. Some skills and sub-skills have no practical application; I think Hacking is useful all of 4 times in the entirety of the game, and 3 of those have alternative options available to you. Meanwhile, a high Criminal is necessary regardless of build for its constant Stealth and Lockpicking sub-skill useage, especially since none of your companions will ever be able to cover these for you. Lastly, the ending kind of just happens and there is very little variation in epilogues based on your choices; no matter how hard you tried to help a faction you liked or sabotage one you hated, their outcome is probably not going to be to your liking. - Get this on sale if you really liked the old isometric Fallout games or the newer Wasteland entries, but know you're entering an unfinished story with a lot missing from the back half.
I wish I could recommend this game, but sadly I can't. The games start strong, with good rpg elements, and lot of intersting mysteries. The gameplay itself is also feels good, and different faction and characters are introduced woth their own goals. And then you slowly recognize, that everything is shallow, and most likely the creators lacked the creative talent and/or time to reach the potential the game has. Since you can't solve what anomalies are, you get no lore to be excited about, they just become annoying traps to damage and hinder you. You find a lot of strange carriable relics, but most of them are just terrible buff/debuff items to sell. Factions have 1 or 2 interesting thing happening around them, and that's it. Combat becomes a repetitive slog, often with damage sponge enemies and little reward. I liked the interactions based on your "collar", which felt somewhat unique, and would be useful if somebody want to replay the game... but sadly there is 0 reason to do that. I got so tired of the game at that point, I decided to check on the internet how much is left, and if there a proper ending. Well, it seems I was close to the end, but it sounded so nonsensical and aticlimatic that I didn't bother to finish, and honestly... you shouldn't either. With 90% off (as it is currently as I write this) you may try it for the first third of the game, which is actually great. Sadly all downhill from there.
Encased is a brilliant isometric game that didn't get enough love when it landed on STEAM. I played over 100 hours on my first play-through as a mentally challenged Silver (the elite, administrator class). If you want a unique roleplaying experience, on your FIRST play-through be sure to run an intellectually challenged Silver and enjoy the ensuing hijinks. The dialogue with the NPCs is GENIUS as confused questgivers try to figure out how to explain complex situations to your mentally limited character while gently trying to redirect you from eating Christmas lights and stealing erasers from their desks. If you choose a different background--such as melee-oriented, paroled convict (Orange), weapon-based security guard (Black), proficient mechanic (Blue), or educated scientist (White)--you will get a more complete picture of what is happening in the Encased world, significantly changing your overall experience. ALL THE DIALOGUE with NPCs adjusts to reflect how your character--theoretically at least--can UNDERSTAND what is going on in the Encased world. The game then becomes a fairly decent apocalyptic RPG, similar to Wasteland or the original Fallout. I can't emphasize enough how impressed I am with the writers who crafted the interactive conversations in this game. I wish this game had a sequel -
Go play BG3, Pathfinder, Roguetrader, Chaos Gate, Trouble Shooter, Disco Elysium, Wasteland Series, Shadowrun Series, and countless others before this. This being said, I got this for 4$ and it was ok for that pricepoint. In a nutshell: - The tech, graphics and voice overs are there. This could have been a great RPG in the genre. - The writing was decent, world building was fine, although it desperately rips off fallout. - The balance is just plain bad and game design is amateurish. Full of rookie mistakes, this is the real missed opportunity and a sad thing to experience. - The player guidance is simply abysmal. Get ready to google everything, from mechanics and stats inner workings to quest explanations and how-tos that should be easy and obvious. - The game was cut short after Act1, when Russia invaded Urkaine and development money dried up. Maybe it's for you if: - You have played all the good stuff - Are desperately looking for something in the genre - Can get this on deep discount Be ready for a game that brutally wraps up halfway in, and be ready to forgive poor balance, inverted difficulty curve, naive mechanics, obscure quest steps, etc.
Everything in this game is nice, except for the gameplay itself. That is UNBEARABLY SSSSSSLLLLLLOOOOOWWWW, or feels like it is. Every step, every breath, every lockpick, every shot, every thing has these year-long animations that must be seen for the director's vision to be fulfilled or smth. Why is there a turn-based cooldown on lockpicking in areas devoid of anything else? To slow things down. Why can't I use the map exits without my companions, whose AI pathfinding bugged out and they don't want to get onto the elevator platform? To slow things down. Why does your pathfinding get interrupted and you're stopped dead in your tracks if an NPC crosses the street in front of you? Because ♥♥♥♥ you, that's why. The Ch. Engine speedhack doesn't work either, so it's a poop creek without a paddle. I've just handed in the quest and had to cross the map to go back to the overworld. No, thanks, not doing that again.
Went into this game without knowing a lot about. I expected (or rather hoped) it would be at least a passable apocalyptic RPG, but it ended up actually really exceeding my initial expectations and I got really sucked into this game. This game is unashamedly inspired by classic Fallout, Wasteland and Stalker games but it never feels like its lazily ripping those games off and the Dome is an interesting setting. And while the main factions arent probably the most original, I did think the different employee wings added a more interesting layer to the game. I really liked the way this game also gives you a lot of freedom with the role playing aspect of your character. The different ways you build your character can open up different options in how you approach the game and it's quite good for giving you multiple ways to complete quests. Based on one of the achievements, its supposed to be possible to complete this game without killing anyone, though admittedly this would make it difficult to complete a couple of quests as I recall a couple where you needed to kill creatures. It also possible to talk your way out of some situations based on skill checks. If you enjoy the freedom to role play a character how you like than this is a pretty immersive game for that. The combat is turn based tactical and I thought it was good enough without doing anything groundbreaking. I did like that not just the combat skills but all skills or sometimes combination of skills can offer different abilties to be used in combat. I did also like the fact that initiating an encounter doesnt automatically pull every enemy into combat, but instead only within a certain radius. So you can pick off enemies if you can kill them quick enough or else they will call for backup which will pull in nearby enemies who are not currently engaged in combat. It's a nice touch that makes a stealthy approach more viable. As much as I enjoyed it, it is not a game for everyone. The pace is very slow and it is quite dialogue heavy. For example the prologue is a few hours long and while it is good for setting up the story, I can imagine that it may frustrate some people. It also isnt a game that doesn't hand hold the player and or provide a nice quest marker to tell you where to go. You actually need to take note of what NPCs tell you as well as read quest logs to figure out where you need to go or what to do. However I quite liked that. So I'd definitely recommend this game if this kind of game is your jam, but if any of the above mentioned doesnt sound appealing then this game probably isn't for you.
