Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 10.14/day in the week to Aug 26 → 18/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

With the System Colonisation mechanic, the power to claim and expand your very own star systems is in your hands. Whether creating a thriving new economy, a bustling trade hub, or a new port of operations, the galaxy awaits your vision.

The Elite Dangerous galaxy revolves around players’ actions. In an age of galactic superpowers and interstellar war, every player’s personal story influences the space simulation and handcrafted, evolving narrative.
Co-operate with fellow Commanders in pivotal Community Goal events that can permanently alter the state of the galaxy, earning exclusive rewards and recognition for your contribution in the process.
Align with a galactic superpower and alter the interstellar landscape with Powerplay. Support your power or undermine a rival through a variety of means, from hacking starport advertisements to attacking gigantic Stronghold Carriers. Every contribution matters.

Experience unpredictable encounters with other players in a vast, massively multiplayer space. Experience the connected galaxy alone in Solo mode or with players across the world in Open Play, where every pilot you face could become a trusted ally or your deadliest enemy.

The universe of Elite Dangerous continues to grow and expand with new features and content. Regular major updates provide new opportunities and gameplay for you to discover and change the way you play.

Each DLC is estimated with the same model as a game, then summed — a modeled figure, not reported DLC sales.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 13: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Horrivel! Cheguei no jogo e fiquei totalmente perdido em missões a pé! Sendo que eu queria voar com uma nave! Decepcionante! Já estou arrependido de ter comprado! Perdi 3 horas da minha vida com esse jogo! :-(
The Game is beautiful, has some really interesting systems that seem deep. I bought this game may years ago and the controls turned me off. I picked it up again and it is worse than i remember. THE GAME TELLS YOU NOTHING. you will need a second screen to research basic elements of the game. landing in a space station feels like trying to use puppet stings to guide a loaf of bread into the oven. One of the worst gaming experiences I've ever had. But if you stick with it.... amazing. I switch to a controller, remapped flight controls. Used Voice Attack to give verbal commands. And EDC as a compaion to help with the in game systems. Took an entire weekend...
Wide open space is exciting...

Its kinda wild that the main criticism people have of this game (besides bugs, and my god theres some nasty bugs here and there) are things that'd make the game worse if they were added or changed. Def one of the more obnoxious playerbases. Though, due to being a to scale milky way, it is quite rare to actually encounter anyone even in open play, thus limiting your exposure is pretty easy. Anyway all that aside, good game. It holds up just fine to modern titles even a decade of relatively few added features later.
it fun
