Echoes of the Past: Wolf Healer Collector's Edition

Cannot recommend this game. I got the compatibility fixed, but the game crashes when you select the difficulty mode. You can't find a way to bypass it either. Other people have the same problem. This is the second game of this series that is faulty. Echoes of the Past: The Kingdom of Despair is inoperable too. A very fitting name for that game! I couldn't even open the game despite trying multiple compatibilities and fixing the DPI settings. Thumbs down for selling such a dud! If you have this on your wishlist, I advise you to take it off.

Crashed to the desktop as soon as I picked my difficulty level. I was running it on windows 10, but in "compatibility mode" for windows 8. Don't buy this game.

Okay, so I would like to finish reviewing this series. Unfortunately, the game crashes to desktop as soon as you choose your difficulty and try to begin. This is a rather... major issue... Cannot recommend at this time.

Honestly I forgot I even had this game, managed to play through it after going through crashing upon crashing the first time (Don't ask me how I managed I don't even remember) Ultimately after uninstalling I tried playing through it again and never got passed it crashing all over again before giving up. From what I DO recall in the playthrough I had, its not a bad game but not necessarily a great one, the story is ok albeit a touch silly in some cases. Unless you want to go through a headache I don't recommend this game unless the crashing upon startup is fixed, but its been years now so I doubt it ever will.

In this game you play as a person who can transform to and from a wolf by using a bracelet. I enjoyed this more than others in the series because I found that the plot was a little better plus the mini-games and hidden object scenes were more varied. The game has internal achievements and a nice map that lets you fast travel to places that have things you can do. Overall a thumbs up! PS I'm using windows 10 and had no issues installing or running this game...

I loved all 4 games. There were some minigames or objects reused from previous games, but it is not a big problem at all for me! Glitches or bugs can be solved by going into menu and continuing again or by exiting the game completely (use Task Manager if needed).

This was a great game. The plot was awesome. The game play is really good. I would recommend this to anyone.

There is action, collectables and of course hidden objects. I enjoyed the main game as well as the bonus game. Would have loved it being a longer game but will enjoy just as much playing again.

I finished, and I am impressed with the smooth blending of story, characters, puzzles, adventure and HOPs. Beautiful graphics and colors. Helpful hint button, fast-travel map that indicates where an actions can be taken. You collect globes, and there is a good bonus chapter at the end. Update: It is working fine now, but I'm not sure how we fixed it. I'm enjoying the game and recommend it. Crashes after choosing Difficulty Level. Can't play it. I have Windows 10 and tried Compatability Mode, but it didn't help.
