Step into the modern era of college football, where personal ambition meets program pride. Balance expectations, identity, and everything Saturday demands while immersed in traditions and pageantry of game day.
Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.

Current state of the game is absolute trash. Been waiting to play a college football game for like 20 years. Haven't been able to play since I didn't want to buy a console. On PC this thing is total hot garbage. Even on minimum difficulty and sliders adjusted to all hell to nerf the CPU opponents, they can still walk right through your offensive line even if you have 7 guys blocking. I routinely see 5-7 of my guys standing where they were supposed to be blocking and the guy who sacked me walked right through them, not even touched. I don't know what to do, except maybe reduce all the sliders to zero and drop difficulty all the way to the bottom. It is very frustrating since I spent 4 hours formatting my boot drive so I could upgrade to Windows 11 to play this game. I don't have the same problems in previous Madden titles, this seems to be very specific to CFB 27. Usually in Madden I have to crank the difficulty up to make it fun, but in CFB 27, I have to nerf everything and then it's still harder than All-Madden difficulty. Absolutely pathetic job by EA. Guess I'll have to wait for a patch or modders to fix broken AI behaviors. If nothing gets done, then I'm never buying another EA product ever again. TO THE HIGH SEAS!!!

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 6: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Matched by title — a reused name can pair the wrong games. * is a critic aggregate. Prices and positions are each store's United States storefront; Epic charts worldwide. Audience and Score too, except Steam's, which is worldwide.
Build ids and update times come straight from Steam's PICS — the same source SteamDB reads. Patch history grows as we record new builds.

Microtransactions aren't even the problem - the problem is pervasive serious glitches. Unable to snap the ball without taking a timeout Breaks the huddle into a different play than what I called Simulated defense said the computer scored on a 25 second play to end the game. What.
Don't buy games from EA.
Don't buy if you play on PC game genuinely does not work
its the biggest piece of dog crap I've ever bought. Most of the game is broken and doesn't work. Don't spend 70 on this game don't spend 30 don't spend 20. Its so broken you can hardly play it
First time experiencing a game were the lag and bugs are so bad I can't play online or offline. This game is so bad I would like to request q refund as I can't even play an offline mode without the game crashing.
refunded it after an hour. what a dumpster fire of a game.
This is the worst 70 bucks i have ever spent
The negativity around the MTX stuff is a real shame, because you can tell a lot of care and attention went into the PC version of the game. It's the most polished sports game launch I've ever seen on PC. Now that they have said they are going to reverse the worst parts of their decision, it's time to be more positive about the game, or companies won't bother putting in this much care into the platform again.
Awful game. Not surprising, I think EA is likely the worst software company to ever exist.
