About
A procedurally generated Dungeon Crawler set in the newly discovered land of Mysteria, rich in ancient dungeons to explore and loot for epic treasures. Filled with evil monsters, and soon to be filled with the corpses of your characters.

All dungeons, magic scrolls, and weapons are procedurally generated, so keep an eye out because there could always be a better weapon around the next corner.
With full character customization you can create unique and interesting characters for each playthrough, and those characters can become NPCs later.

Loot everything, your goal is to amass 1000 or more gold in order to retire so grab everything, and sell what you don't need.
Each dungeon contains a special artifact of great value that will boost your gold reserves by a massive amount.
All weapons, scrolls, armour and accessories are procedurally generated so there are thousands of possible items. On top of that there are potions, food, gold, precious gems, and many other items to help you through the dungeon.
Once a character has amassed a thousand or more gold they can retire and open a shop in the forest clearing. Before long you will have a small village that you can visit to prepare for your next dungeon run.
This is Abraham, he retired and opened a Weapon Shop. His dialogue is taken from his adventures when he was being used as a character, for instance the Giant bat he speaks about was the boss he fought in that dungeon. Each NPC is unique to each persons game.

When you die you stay dead. Permadeath means you will be starting again from the beginning, but sometimes you leave something behind. Characters that die are buried in the cemetery in the clearing, and sometimes an item will be buried with them that you can reclaim.

You will encounter many different monsters on your travels. There are over 50 different monsters that inhabit the dungeons of Mysteria, with many different skills, strengths and weaknesses, some of them more dangerous than others.

came for the dragon slaying. stayed for the farting slime. this game is for the casual gamer who enjoys a nice, cozy laid back experience. also, I LOVE the idea of making your own town with your own retired characters. can't stress enough how cool of an idea that is. love it. if I could recommend a fun addition to the game, it would be to add a tombstone somewhere of your latest character's death. "Here lies MonkeyDong" a single tombstone and the name on it would change after every death.
I'm gonna give this a big recommend right away. I played the demo and very much enjoyed the laid back approach to dungeon crawling. There's everything you would expect from a roguelite RPG; a character creation system, loot, crafting, building and all that jazz, but much of it is automated. All you really need to concentrate on is whacking stuff with a big sword or scorching it with fire magic. The end goal is to earn enough gold with your current character that they can then retire and set up a shop or some kind of asset in the nearby town. So far I have only retired one character, as reaching the allotted 1000 gold cap is quite a challenge. Considering you will be picking up single pieces of gold for many of the early levels, until you start finding gems and other loot. The random name generator is filled with 80s movie references, and I was very sad when my gallant knight Bodhi Ferris met his end to a pack of goblins. It's got a pretty low budget look, but it's got tons of heart and I feel that two hours in I've only just begun to scratch the surface. It's got a strange assortment of music, some of which is quite twee, others are pretty action packed. Most of it fits the fantasy setting and the general tone of the game. Different character classes have different challenges. A mage is a good all rounder, whereas a knight cannot use magic weapons. Basically mage is easy mode, knight is hard and I guess the others scale between. Will definitely be dipping in and out of this one for the foreseeable future and am interested to see how my town develops as I retire more heroes. Hopefully there's some more refining to come, the load times are longer than I would expect.
not fun
love this , fun roguelite, recommend 100%
This game is right up my alley. Its a rouge-like dungeon crawler with simplistic combat and great atmosphere. You can select a class and there is even things to buy/sell def recommended at full price easily.
Amazing little game, that had me running, screaming, micromanaging and having fun. Achievements will keep you coming back for more. :)
Graphics are ok, but bugs are not. First bug is overlapping traps, I met with a top spikes both with and without poison in one square, overlapping. Second is items may stuck in indestructible objects if those are present. Third is inventory cell when emptied retains name of object previously held there. If those I found during first 20 minutes, I'm afraid of issues that await further.
I own this on itch.io as well. This game is thrilling and difficult, which I like. The character customization and retirement goals add depth, while NPCs enrich the experience. A must play for dungeon crawler fans.
I wanted to like this game. I've been playing games since before there were computer games. I'm no stranger to pixely FPS, and they hold a special place in my heart. That said, there are so many glaring issues with this game, it makes it hard to play. You can't turn off the music, you can only adjust the overall volume. The view swing is crazy, I often overshoot my target because I can't move appropriately to aim at them. It seems to have a very low bit depth for colors. The first time you install the game (at least for me and one other commenter), you need to uninstall and reinstall to stop an "always move" bug. It is literally unplayable until you do this. There has been one update for the game, and that was in November. The Dev is already working on a new game, and with the issues still present in this one, I'm going to assume it has been abandoned. For the record, at the time of this review, November was half a year ago. I support indie devs, but I can't support an abandoned product (or one that updates every 6+ months) in this kind of shape.
that moment when the technical development is not the worst, but it’s somehow boring, the music is kind of strange and so on... It's not a bad game, but you have to be prepared that it's more of a meditation game than a shooter. At the same time, the game design in this game is unique, compared with other similar ones.
