such a complex game , it s crazy . multiplayer is still in beta but this game is so much fun to play with friends . I really recommend since the dev is really passionate about it and REALLY listens to feedback .
Holy Moley this game is overcomplicated and complex, and not in a fun way like Eve, in a frustrating, hard to find info, there's no detailed tooltips, the tutorial sucks, kind of way. Still, underneath that, is a pretty impressive logistics simulator, and war game on a massive scale. But only for the few who are into that, and the then fewer who muddle through and learn. DEV definitely needs to polish the information, and how-to-do-a-thing parts if he wants to get more purchases. But this isn't in EA, so not sure how likely that will be. Still, this is a great game, hope to see it succeed more. But its not for the faint of heart.
Solid game as it stands currently. The biggest annoyances are pathing bugs and some of the city automation. No performance issues and have only lost saves after growing a single massive city. Depth of city development and macro of armies is enjoyable and makes you consider your battles in relation food. I typically play with the universal gold, as I find it more fun, and recommend universal gold to everyone your first few times playing. I also recommend starting on one of the two smaller maps first. This is so you can get a handle on the game without the AI's getting too out of control.
