Warning: AI Slop This game is partially or completely made with talentless, soulless AI generated content.
"DSS war party" is a badly done attempt to make an RTS game using AI slop and "vibe coding" (when you don't know how to make a game but want to do it anyway, ChatGPT is there to make gaming worse for everyone). It was a complete disaster. The ability of the developer to vibe code the game couldn't come close to the ambition here... the game barely works, crashes frequently, and that's if you can get it to run at all. If it worked, sure, you'd get a weak ripoff of far better games like Age of Empires or a Total War game from AliExpress, but looking more like a reject from 2002. As mentioned, this features really godawful, "wrong" looking AI slop instead of genuinely and sincerely created game assets. It's hard to say if this was because the developer didn't have the skill to do the job of creating real game assets or couldn't afford to hire someone who does, but it also doesn't matter. What matters is that this looks bad because of that decision. AI slop sticks out like a sore thumb... and it comes across as insulting. There's also the old adage that those who lack the budget and talent to make their own game assets usually lack the budget and talent to do the rest of the job of game development properly, too, and that's glaringly obvious here. Now on to pricing and value for gamers. This is "free" enough (not every "free" game in the "free" section is truly free, there's usually some hidden price tag), at least you won't be expected to spend any more money after you download this, but just because something is free doesn't mean it's good, and the cost of a game is more than just financial, your time is valuable too. In terms of public reception, this failed to appeal to the 130 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at just a dozen or so concurrent players, and now there's basically nobody playing it. Even though it's free. This is a dismal public reception, but it's easy to see why gamers rejected it. Given that this free title won't increase your game collector count, is it worth your time to add it to your library? Definitely not. This isn't worth it. I'm paraphrasing another reviewer here, but this should be a paid product... they'd have to pay people to download it.
Developer Response!
The developer has weighed in to inform everyone they didn't read the Developer Usage Rules for Steam "partners", or they deliberately ignored the part where Valve says:
Though it may be tempting, not every review needs to be responded to. A developer response will frequently draw more attention than the original statement, potentially turning a small issue into a much larger community discussion. It's also not a good idea to use this feature to refute customer opinions. Your direct attention can be seen as validation or a defensive attempt to silence your customers.
The developer admits they have no idea what anything related to game development is, and they tell an outright lie. I'll repeat the developers lie:
I have never done any vibe coding
And now, ladies and gentlemen, let's stroll over to the store page and see what will, in the future, be known as "Exhibit A".
Chat GPT is used to search for programming solutions
Wow, a bold faced lie from a developer clearly full of crap. Why the developer chose to lie in the direct face of unwavering truth and their own confession is beyond me, but you can see why this was such a failure. Vibe coding failures like this "developer" who used ChatGPT for most of this crap shouldn't pretend to be real game developers. It gives game developers a bad name. But you can see the developers dishonesty and disgusting attitude... that explains why this garbage got onto Steam, but it doesn't excuse it. Nothing in the developers pointless breach of Valve guidelines changes any of the objective facts of my review. My review stands unaltered. I cannot recommend this AI slop vibe coding to anyone.

Legit legendary tutorial rappin'
really a quite addicting and wonderful game. I've been meaning to spend more time into it. I get scared I'll get addicted to it again, lol.
Very fun game made by a single dev. Look forward to see new progress!
cant actually believe this game is free
Pretty nice, the tutorial was understandable after click and fail and eventually find the right answer to cure the tutorial. I like the design of everything, after playing for a bit I zoomed out found out I had two more towns, so I already behind from the other nations. I built a bunch of stuff but I think i got confused how to make more armies. Will have to attempt again,
i hope the game gets better. i got a taste, it is fine. zooming in and out should be smooth, at such low quality of graphics saving is a chore many things have no tooltips, so you have no idea how to get wood for example, just that some cities can make it, while other cities can not make it even a tiny army eats food like there is no tomorrow increase stockpile of food and increase food production
great
