Reviews
Not gonna lie, we all got drunk. Cool party game.
This game is playing well so far, it's been a lot of fun and seems to have a lot of replay value. The only two suggestions I have are added controller support for xbox 360 pads as well as the xbox one pads and also to make it possible to have saved player profiles for their avatars to prevent having to rebuild the avatar each time. I know this game is still extremely early access but I am very excited to see what the future holds.
Please Note: My hours are at the time of this review are not accurate since I played the beta for around 30 hours before receiving the full game Steam Key from the Devs. Drink Inc has been a staple of our pre-games and late night drinking for a while and the game is simply just awesome. Think of it as a more grown-up Mario Party drinking game. The amount of funny memories and good times playing this cannot be counted. My roommates beg me at least once a weekend to bring my PC into the living room to play. This game has many features designed to get you and your friends having fun and drinking. From customizing your characters like Juuls, packs of cigs, dip and a lighter. Then naming your characters ridiculous things (Demi Lovato, heroin, Barack Obama) The mini games are funny af and give lots of chances to screw over friends specially the lightweights and your friends that are usually hesitate to drink. (sorry Tim and John). With mechanics like Drink Pick Ups where you able to force your friends to drink extra after the game, adds a lot of depth and fun, also brining in strategy. As going for the drink pick up could make you lose the mini-game but it's worth it when you get to give your ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ roommate 4 extra sips and get him tipsy. One time we had a whole eight-man 4v4 game and it was the most fun we had ever drinking together, the combination of teamwork needed and clutch-out moments were insane. Having to pick a team combined of heavyweight drinkers and good video game players can be tough, but the result is always a good time. The team games either require team work like Mario Party mini-games such as a relay race or sailing a boat together avoiding rocks and trying to bump into the other team of players. This 4v4 game had a insane 4-1 comeback and also resulted into my apartment getting a noise compliant as there was lots of yelling and cheering, both in joy and in frustration as your teammate chokes out the round. The developers are great and always adding new fun games and more options for the game, the new challenge modes are fun when you don't want to compete, and the new bonus games are very fun. The Devs are also very active and responded to me personally when I had a new idea or a game was very not working properly. They needed proper controller support for Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PS4 controllers. So if you are like me and have a wide array of controllers sitting around you can plug in as many as you want and have the boys and sometimes girls to play this game on a Friday night. If you are looking for a fun way to spice up your pregame or a better way to get drunk with your friends, buy this game, turn it up to the top drinking setting and then laugh at your lightweight friend when he gets so hammered he starts cheering after he loses every minigame. I can not recommend this game enough as it’s the best drinking video game I have ever played and I look forward to college next semester to play it all again.
CORBATAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!
Your friends just want to get drunk and you play videogames? Are you tired of the same drinking games? Why do not they do both? Drink Inc is what you are looking for. This videogame is absurdly funny, do not fool your graphics, it will make you spend hours of laughter with your friends and get drunk with your penalties. And if your friends do not want to drink? You can also select the option without drinks. To start playing it is required to have controls, preferably XBOX. Supports up to 8 controls to have fun with your friends in local multiplayer games. And what happens if you do not have friends to play with? No problem, you can play only the challenge mode and improve your skills, you will need them to overcome all their difficulties. The music is great, surely Deadpool would love it. Currently Drink Inc is in early access and you will find bugs that make you laugh a lot. I hope you will soon add more content and updates. That way I can convince my friends to get drunk.
Drink Inc is a genre party fun videogame for eight players. Everyone must have control to play and start the party. It has a good amount of mini-games divided into four game modes. They will be able to measure their skills and play cooperatively in challenges, all against all, by teams and an extra for more than three players. Each of the modes with exclusive games. In challenge mode, each time you complete a mini-game, you will receive cans as a reward, these will be changed in the store by skins, sound effects, animation effects and more unlockable. Additional you can also complete challenges in Season Quest to get seasonal skins. The greatest fun of Drink Inc is to play with up to 8 friends around a television with penalties to get drunk that presents the game to the losers. Gameplay: Very easy to learn with tutorials for each of the mini-games, mostly platform style. Some challenges have a lot of difficulty and require a lot of skill. Sound: The sound effects and their music are the best, very funny sound effects for each character. Good selection. Graphics: The graphics are quite minimalist, with some 3D stages and 2D characters that seem to be made of paper and sometimes make you feel that you move an image with a mouse on screen. This not affecting the gameplay. Story / Narrative: Not applicable Replay Value: Casual entertainment with content to play for one- or two-hours sessions. My Opinion: Drink Inc is definitely a very fun game, I recommend playing with friends at home. The game is obviously in early access and that can be noticed when you enter the game. Animations to improve when a skin is applied to the character. Add the option to create profiles and not have to reconfigure your character and name each time you change the game mode. Include visualizations of the content to buy in the store (effects of deaths). If you play it in Spanish, it has translation errors that need to be corrected. And finally add more content. Seasonal updates are appreciated, for example, Halloween. In addition to this, its price seems a bit high for the entertainment it offers, and I would buy it on offer, at least $ 6.99. Buy it and get ready for some good challenges with your friends. Drunk Drunk Drunk!
tldr; GET THIS GAME doesnt have the best graphics in the world but when you are tits deep in a 30 rack of busch it wont matter much. there are so many things i like about this game. its made for parties for sure with the ready up system. that was the nicest touch to the game imo. only thing id add is support for custom music playlists. me and my friends like death metal and weren't too fond of the electronic music playing, integrating a custom music plyer would perfect the experience for a few of us. i hope to see more mini games in the future updates. overall id give this game a half a bucket of puke and 70 empty beer cans out of a case
Drink Inc. is a fun party game. You can choose to play it without drinking but we all know that is not the best way to play it :P Gameplay There are a lots of minigames, form hard to insane difficulty. You can play in solo or with a group of people (my personal favourite). You'll have to run away from a huge sun, jumping rolling logs or even have to do a bloody bootcamp. There is the chance to customize the look of the characters. Sound Music is maybe a bit too loud but never annoying. Sounds are hilarious and you can even customize the sounds your character makes. Graphics Basic graphics but do the job well. For a game like this you don't need AAA game's graphic. Story/Narrative I got too drunk while playing so i don't remember lol Replay Value If you play alone, the game doesn't have much replayability but with a bunch of friends the possibilities are endless. My Opinion Pretty fun gamplay, reminded me of crash bash or the mario party minigames. Tons of fun with friends but you will drink a lot, slimming the chances to win any stage :P Remember to bring friends and controllers since the game in controller required!
Recently I was able to try this videogame in a friend's house, and the truth is that I found it very entertaining, we competed in the challenges to see who completed the insane difficulty. As it is a game in early Access I would like to see certain improvements. Play Online with friends, create profiles and let the mini-games save the records to compete with the Steam community. The game can be very competitive and developers should take advantage of that opportunity to attract more players. While they are adding more content and updates, I will continue practicing to play and win my friends. Good game guys, keep improving.
