Prices
The United States storefront in every case, so this compares stores and not countries.
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
About
Sums Steam only; PlayStation publishes no volume signal, so the true total is higher by an unknown amount.

Matched by title — a reused name can pair the wrong games. * is a critic aggregate. Prices and positions are each store's United States storefront; Epic charts worldwide. Audience and Score too, except Steam's, which is worldwide.

Build ids and update times come straight from Steam's PICS — the same source SteamDB reads. Patch history grows as we record new builds.

Reviews
Like the character designs but Matchmaking seems a bit yikes and the player base doesn't seem very alive.
The coolest flop in recent memory
I love this game, like its actually one of my favorite fighting games of all time. It doesn't feel like a fighting game designed for modern expectations. It plays like a game out of the 2000s- Early 2010s and its great. Some people(a lot of people) are going to be hit by the massive wall that this games style is. Characters have oppressive offense, full screen attacks, fast normals etc. Everyone is almost like that, which means you can do it too, and in some cases you get crazy matches with people. Thats where it shines along with its amazing netcode, ive played top players from Korea and it ran smooth as butter. All I can say is give it a try, and dont worry about the player charts, theres a community for any fighting game if you just look for it.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 23: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

No. Don't even bother. Dead game. Discounts/Free on Epic ain't saving this. Game is not even worth at this price point.
Absolutely not fifty dollars worth of players
This game is fun, but wait for a deep discount if you're interested in it
its sad that the game is dead
The main unfortunate thing about this game is that today's gamers have different expectations from new fighting game releases. They want frequent patches, and low turnaround time on new content after release. This game has had infrequent patches, and didn't launch any new content for the game for about one year after release. I say all the above simply to explain why the concurrent player count is low. Between that and the lack of support of the competitive scene, those are why this game never really took off. All that being said, I think it's worth buying if you're a fan of any of Eighting's previous 2D fighting games. They really know their stuff, and it shines through in this game. The characters all have distinct playstyles, and at this point, the game feels a lot more balanced than it did near launch. I strongly recommend it. Especially if you have people to play with.
This game used to be ♥♥♥♥, and now its ♥♥♥♥ in like a fun kinda way. Get it cheap cuz its dead as hell, but its worth it if you can coerce someone into playing it with you. Try community discords. Alcohol or any legally available mind-altering substances recommended for best experience.
This game is actually so ass your better off playing literally any of the guilty gear games because this game has nobody playing it unlike games that came out 2 decades ago.
