Prices
The United States storefront in every case, so this compares stores and not countries.
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.11/day in the week to Aug 4 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

In general I can recommend this game. I had fun but the RTS part was quite tiring. Pros: - Interesting story - Quite believable characters, representing various economic/social stances - Humour / sarcasm - Voice acting, you can hear that characters are happy, disgusted, disappointed or are blandly seething (especially the feminist character) - Quite nice art style. Cons: - RTS part of the game is quite nice at the beginning but after 10 battles I had my fill... but the further you are in the game, the RTS part becomes more challenging. You acquire various skills for your units and the same goes for enemies. Those skills are quite essential in order to gain advantage. In the late game I was trying to get every battle auto-resolved. - Playing as a dragon on the RTS part of the game. Quite an interesting feature, which is again essential since your enemies do not have this option and thanks to that you can gain some advantage. Controlling the army and playing as a dragon is very difficult. You cannot micro your army to save some population (command points that you can recruit army/ build stuff etc) while playing as a dragon. On the other hand dragon form has a lot of buff skills that can compensate for the lack of precise control of your units but still it could be done better (for example Sacrifice from Shiny Entertainment had this done pretty well). To sum it all, the RTS part is not so good but the visual novel part is quite nice. I would not mind playing a game that would focus only on the non RTS part of this game. I would give this game a go since it is now always very cheap on various sales.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 10: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Fantastic blend of strategy, political decisions, and dragon combat

Rating: ★★★★★ (5/5)
I have never played a game quite like Divinity - Dragon Commander before, and I am thoroughly impressed. The game seamlessly combines real-time strategy elements with political decision-making and even allows you to take to the skies as a dragon! The strategic aspects of the game are well-executed, with a variety of units and different abilities to choose from. The battles are intense and require thoughtful planning, as well as quick thinking on the battlefield. It's immensely satisfying to see your tactics play out and your forces emerge victorious. What sets Dragon Commander apart from other strategy games is its emphasis on political decisions. As the Dragon Commander, you have to navigate complex political landscapes and form alliances with different factions. The choices you make in these interactions can have significant consequences, affecting everything from your economy to your military strength. It adds a layer of depth and realism to the game that I haven't seen in other strategy titles. And of course, the ability to transform into a dragon and rain fire upon your enemies is incredibly fun. The dragon combat is well-implemented and adds another dimension to the gameplay. Controlling the dragon feels powerful and exhilarating, and it's a great way to turn the tide of battle. The graphics and sound design in Divinity - Dragon Commander are top-notch, providing an immersive and visually stunning experience. The voice acting is also commendable, with recognizable actors bringing the characters to life and adding depth to the narrative. Overall, Divinity - Dragon Commander is a fantastic game that offers a unique blend of strategy, political decision-making, and dragon combat. It's a must-play for fans of the genre and anyone looking for something fresh and innovative in the gaming world. -One word, "Waifu-vinity".
This game has lots of flaws. In fact it took me 3 tries to finish it. Not because it's difficult, but because of repetitiveness. Repetitiveness is the biggest flaw of Divinity: Dragon Commander. It's amazing to soar through skies raining fire upon my enemies! ... But only the first 20 or so missions. Eventually, you will get bored and mostly auto-resolve most battles. RTS aspects of this game are holding it back. Empire management and interactions with people on board the battleship are well done. There are plenty of interactions. I finished the game calmly (neither stalling nor hurring to finish off enemies) and I have only completed story of 1 general and undead wife. There is plenty of story to be had if I were to replay this game. Alas, RTS elements really bored me and I am glad I won't have to endure them again. .... Huh, game dialogues really rubbed off on me. I am now conversing in a manner similar to that of Rivellon inhabitants...
One of my favourite RTS games of all time. Despite what many other reviews say about this game it is extremely fun and has a ton of replay value. The game splits off into two sections. 1) Hanging out with your crew on your ship and 2) RTS strategy battle and Risk style board game movement. While there may be a lot of flaws with the RTS system that lean towards the computer especially after each respective chapter switch, the game is loads of fun. If you like political choices that influence game play, Funny commentary about real subjects, and unique strategy this is your game. In my personal opinion where this game shines is the crew. You have a crew of many different people from different backgrounds who all have VERY different opinions about how you should run things. Choices that will affect not only the visual style of these people, but also their temperaments towards you and others. Finding a good balance between them, while also upholding your own politics is a great mix. Not only this, but you also have a council of familiar races (if you've played the other Divinity games) who will give you laws and belief systems that you have to navigate and decide between. Also at one point you get to pick a wife from one of your council members and getting to know them is hilarious and great. Overall this game is 100% worth picking up, maybe wait for a 25%+ off sale, but either way this is a great game with a ton of value that you will find yourself returning to every year or so. I know I do and I love it.
I was conflicted on the review for this game, but I think I have to ultimately thumbs it down. I had fun, but it quickly becomes tedious, and the more research you go down it changes from a Unit Macro based RTS to a Micro ability based RTS which doesn't feel good honestly. A lot of the research becomes shallow after Act 1 and less meaningful and then they ramp up difficulty in Act 3 to add more superficial meaning to the Research The first Act was fun, though dragged on a bit The Second Act should have been fun with the multiple Nations but almost every Nation just turtled in their capital, I think I beat Act 2 faster than Act 1 Then theres Act 3. and I think this is why I ultimately have to thumbs it down, suddenly the AI spikes and actually tries to retaliate on the world map, and it felt jarring because in the previous 2 Acts it was so passive. Then when you get into the RTS mode the AI activates every ability on every unit immediately and just created an difficulty spike experience that wasn't enjoyable to me and didn't really have an organic difficulty learning curve. I loved the politics and little Narrative nuggets and then the choices you can make that affect your wife were super cool but the moment I didn't support my wife in her goals she immediately stopped having new dialogue options, which turns into my point of why I think I have to ultimately thumbs this game down, It tried doing too much which lead to some really cool features being more shallow. Examples, The Wife, Politics, The Politic opinion influence the lands you are on, No real benefits for agreeing with a Race or Racial benefits (I wanted Undead units :( ) - The Politic opinion influence the lands you are on: This lead to my frustration in the end during Act 3 because my Capital was Elves territory and I had been disagreeing with the Elves up to this point, but this never was an issue in the past because my capital were other races up to this point and it changed I believe with each Act, not sure why the capital isn't reflected with your most agreeable Race so this ultimately was a punishment from an unforeseeable choice I had no control over in Act 3 that felt I was getting punished for playing the game I thought I was suppose to be playing instead of trying to make everyone balanced.

Very fun game! I thought it was extremely enthralling for the entire time i played. One of a kind with a variety of systems to use, i admit it was abit jarring at first to understand the flow of the different game states since i am a novice at RTS but once i understood it all i had Immense fun leading Rivellon to a brighter fufture- as a dragon!
