Truly the best game of the year

My God, I had so much fun with my first playthrough. What more can I say that hasn't already been mentioned a thousand times? Even in 2026, this game comes highly recommended. Although there are already several titles Featuring conspiracy themes, this Story is fascinating, and the Gameplay combined with the various playstyles—is fantastic. For me, it’s a 10/10 game. I can recommend this to anyone looking for an interesting Story and varied gameplay.

I did not expect this game to be this good. When I started it felt like a good but generic stealth game of its era but boy was I wrong... It's story is very well executed, it's characters interested the gameplay has aged in some aspects but it's pretty creative and lets you tackle things in many ways. What really stood out for me is the impact of the choices you make and the way you make them. This game doesn't provide you with a clear promt of choice A and B but let's you experiment with situations and discover the outcomes of your actions. The endings are all excellent too although they are a bit short. 9.5/10

This a great classic of the stealth, operative set in the not too distant future. With your choices on how you do your missions affecting how the game plays. Pretty good for a game 26 years old...

The GOAT. Not only has an outsanding story, but also music, art direction, iconic voice acting, tremendous memetic potential and, above all, the best gameplay in the genre. You can complete every mission however you want: hacking, lockpicking, bypassing electronics, finding alternative routes, using stealth or guns blazing. The only negative aspect is that it doesn't work quite well in modern systems. I've used GMDX Augmented Edition, since it comes with Kentie's Launcher and had to use Directx10 because the brightness slider didn't work with Directx9. After that, only had 1 crash in ~40 hours (you can play without Steam this way, hence my nonexistant playtime).
