Blood, flesh and screams surround as you put together the pieces of your story and make your escape from the Bright Dawn Treatment Center while the dark...

i would love a remake of this game frl, but i do love the old feeling to it the low af poly! the game is acally really cool i like the sounds and the feeling it gives
Dementium 2 is indeed a better game than the first one but it comes with a cost (literally DS version on ebay is around 200$ now). HD port on steam is nothing but a broken mess. I will give some examples like audio bugs texture filtering etc. Though if you NEED to play or liked Dementium The Ward and doesn’t have access to DS or emulator (for some reason) you should experience the game even if it’s this version BUT on sale since it’s really cheap. Port 3/10.
♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥ game not good at all will sue there ass get a lawyer
JOGÃO DA PORRA
This is a PC port of a DS game and the PC format shows the bad side of this game. The gameplay is repetitive. Most encounters can be skipped. The OST is very bland and gets very tiring very quickly. And the physics are so weird. I got caught on random artifacts and whenever I would die, I would fall through the ground after respawn. I would only recommend this game to people who have nostalgia for this game. then again, you can also just emulate the orginal.
tay away from this game. Genuinely. This "HD" version or remaster or whatever you wanna call it. Its very ass. Im not kidding. It Is very ass. so ass I ended up not finishing it and hopefully be able to have it refunded. And Im rarely this critical about games I may not enjoy that I post a negative review on. because I always believe it still has some good things to it. but... In this case, negatives overweigh the good. First of all: Cutscenes, Cutscenes... are alright, graphics... they are not really good, even the OG version still looked quite good for a DS game. 2: gameplay, I somewhat liked the gameplay, It felt very brawler as horror game, which honestly does sounds like a cool concept, I like the idea of a brawler horror game where you try to fight against monsters, however... given Its the inferior HD version, It Is not really great when it comes to Its pacing, as there are times you bug out a lot, like getting stuck In one spot and unable to continue going forward unless you turn a different direction and jump where you gotta go back through. 3: enemy designs... they... they do not look great, and the OG old designs may have been pixelated, but they still looked great, sometimes you do not need high poly graphics, whether enemies or the whole game In general. 4: Weapons, I will say it again, I prefer the original Designs. 5: the story, I will have to watch full playthrough on youtube, I have not played the OG version, and this was unfortunately my first introduction, I was at first wondering that maybe Its not as bad as It looks, my hope was wrong. the story Behind dementium and how it came to be Is both cool, and In this case funny cause... the HD version was released In 2013, remember what came before it? Silent hill HD collection. and we all know that the HD collection was not good. Its pretty funny this came a year after. considering dementium was originally pitched as a idea for silent hill game. but rejected by konami. edit: It got refunded, thankfully.
Classical FPS in every way, especially since its return from Nintendo DS THIS IS WHAT DEMENTIUM SHOULD HAVE BEEN It looks and plays great enough to rival today's game
I'm very happy controller support seems to work finally, but the game is buggy and it's impossible for me to make it to the second boss. Idk why the game glitches within about twenty minutes. Then, my start button stops working (on controller and keyboard.) Also, I can't use save points after it glitches, but I can still open doors and look at important things like everything else is normal. There's literally no way for me to continue unless I never save the game.
