Reaping souls of the dead and punching a clock might get monotonous but it's honest work for a Crow. The job gets lively when your assigned soul is stolen and you must track down a desperate thief to a realm untouched by death - where creatures grow far past their expiry.

Excellent game !!!
Death's Door is a fun and well-polished action-adventure. The combat is varied, well-tuned, and quite challenging (at least for me, an undextrous gamer). There is a levelling-up system to progress your character in strength over the game. The story, world lore, and dialog was only somewhat interesting, and didn't particularly elevate the game. The game contains a moderate amount of secrets, hidden areas, and puzzles, which didn't go particularly deep, but made a nice change of pace. It's easy to compare this game to Tunic on the basis of mechanical and aesthetic similarity, so I will. Death's Door has more dynamic and more fun combat than Tunic, but has no-where near the incredible depth of mysteries, puzzles, discoveries, and revelations. Death's Door was a fun game which I enjoyed playing, whereas Tunic will remain one of my personally greatest gaming experiences. However, different gamers enjoy different things, so your comparison may differ! In summary, Death's Door was a good but not exceptional experience, which I would heartily recommend to any fan of action-adventures.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I'm always sad this game is not talked about more. It is an extremely quaint game similar to Hollow Knight or Nine Sols, with very solid story, gameplay, and a few of the more creative bosses I've seen.
Got this as it was recommended for the deck. When it started, I thought this is fun, but its not really all that different from any other slash and hack game. But this game grows on you, the story is engaging and the artwork is really great. The level design is clever and it adds new things that make you to come back and explore more. Doesnt last too long but 15 hours is a good time here. Do recommend it as its a fun game for the Deck.
reminded me of tunic, very nice plot and game!
:)
I've always loved a good story about death. And this certainly is one of them.
