Great game but has many flaws. Very much enjoyed my time with it and would definitely recommend it to anyone, but with the addendums of the camera being completely ♥♥♥♥♥♥, the control scheme being very awkward at times (specifically, jump and roll being on the same button, so sometimes when you're running and try to dodge an attack you'll jump and eat ♥♥♥♥ instead of rolling), the lock-on being largely worthless due to the aforementioned camera and its cardinals-only roll, and the unfortunately lacking later areas. Outside of its problems, it's extremely clear why this was a cultural phenomenon when it first released. This game ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ rocks! Many of the areas (especially early) were delightful, and so are many of the bosses in the game! Anyone interested in difficult games should try this out
