It's fun. Great to OK moments, with a fairly fun combat system/loop.

very fun game , i throw knife rinse n repeat also can crack baddie
It's fun.
Played this on Xbox One shortly after launch and ignoring the performance issues and bugs, I gave the game a try, about 20 hours-ish, and found it incredibly boring. I've tried again and again to play this again throughout the years because I've heard its gotten better but it still feels the exact same as when it came out, a barebones RPG. I think the hacking is cool, other than that its eh. Wouldn't recommend.

Mid RPG, but one of the best open world action games ever made. Don't go into this one looking for a rich RPG. Player choice takes a back seat to the story the devs wanted to tell in a lot of ways. Luckily, the story the devs wanted to tell is really good, and Keanu Reeves' character is incredible both in writing and performance. I've heard people say that his being in the game breaks immersion, but I haven't watched a Reeves film since the Matrix, so I was able to see him as Johnny Silverhand, and he killed it. I didn't touch the game for years because I was turned off by the theme. I simply don't give a ♥♥♥♥ about the cyberpunk aesthetic. That was a mistake. The most succinct review I can give is this; There are very few games that have given me the feeling that I got approaching the ending of Cyberpunk 2077... That feeling being genuine sadness that I'll never be able to experience it for the first time again. Don't sleep on this game.
