Death is only the beginning. Crawl from your grave and gear up to fight your way through the ranks of a mysterious and twisted cult. You, your guns, and your dynamite will have to shoot, slide, blast, duck, dodge, and maybe throw a gib or two to survive in this old-school-inspired shooter.

Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.86/day in the week to Aug 15 → 9.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Rise up. Fight back.
Gear up to fight your way through the ranks of an insidious cult. Their wretched minds twisted by the will of an unseen entity, you'll find just as much lead flying back as you dish out, so you'll have to run, slide, dodge, and make use of your environment to survive in this old-school-inspired shooter.
CULTIC: Chapter One includes 10 maps full of blood, grit, and of course, cultists. After completing the story, you can test your skills in the wave-based Survival Mode, also included with Chapter One.
Get a taste of Chapter Two with the Interlude story map, and then finish the fight with the Chapter Two expansion DLC!
CULTIC gives you the freedom to approach combat your way. You can run in guns blazing, running, jumping, sliding, and dodging to keep out of harms way. If you prefer a slower approach, you can lay traps, let your enemies come to you, and pick them off from the safety of cover. Maybe you prefer to weave in between your foes, leading their attacks towards each other, and turning them against one another. With a full arsenal of mid-century firearms and explosives, you'll be well equipped to slaughter everything in your path - provided you don't get slaughtered first.
Combat in CULTIC is fast and deadly. Well-placed shots can take your enemies - and yourself - out of the game quickly. Keep on the move or stick to cover, and use your arsenal wisely to stay alive as you fight your way through cult territory.
CULTIC was styled to feel like a throwback to the shooters of yore, but with the advantages of a modern engine, such as physics, lighting, and a fully 3D game world. The gameplay, audio design, and art are all stylized to create a unique experience.

Absolutely would refund if I hadn't missed the 2 hour window. Easily the most frustrating retro shooter I've played, at least on hard mode. I have a feeling the positive reviews stem almost entirely from the early game. The first few levels are fun. Challenging, but fun. Unfortunately it quickly devolves from there. Any enemy with firearms combined with tight corridors that do not allow much player agency in terms of dealing with said enemies. While not actually hit scan, enemy fire is so fast that in tight corridors dodging them is nearly impossible. This turns the game into a pop-into-and-out-of cover shooter esq. experience. Even then, because of enemy placement and their supernatural accuracy you will take hits in almost every fight. Armor pick ups are extremely rare, and you are made out of wet tissue paper without armor. Those nearly unavoidable hits whittle you down in single engagement or two. Later on, you will face enemies with monstrous HP pools. On the melee only variants this isn't an issue. They are generally well balanced and can be fun to fight even in close quarters where they shine. However, there are two particular enemy types that are unbearable. An armored enemy with a shotgun and machine gun. Huge HP pool combined with the aformentioned tight corridor level design and general inability to avoid damage makes them an absolute chore to deal with. The other enemy is a flame thrower guy. While his flames are much slower it hardly matters when you are in a tight areas and flame lingers on the ground. Oh, and he can charge up what is essentially a rocket with a deceivingly large blast radius. That will hurt you through the ground or walls. Eventually you will encounter the basic enemies buffed with supernatural speed and a small hp boost. The HP boost isnt much of an issue, but my god the speed they react with is tuned up to a ludicrous degree. They legitimately react faster than I can even realize where they are on screen when cresting a ridge they are hiding behind. So they proceed to beam you with seal team 6 accurate weapons fire. Later stages are nothing but frustrating trial and error on hard. I can't imagine what any difficulty above hard is like. Eventually I began running out of ammo with the more effective weapons and by that point I just quit. Hence the review. Maybe none of these issues exist on Normal difficulty or lower. The experience left me so frustrated I can't be assed to start a new game and find out. A huge shame the experience devolves so quickly as the starting levels were legitimately a good time. Oh, and the music is banger after banger. Well done on that front.
Excellent boomer shooter 8.9/10
To the players: This shooter has a great mix of action packed gunfights and horror-themed jumpscare crawls. Coupled with a kick-ass soundtrack and fantastic pixel style visual compositioning, I cannot recommend this enough. The only downside I really had to fight with was the default controls, which are rebindable anyway. Congrats on making an amazing game dude. I really enjoyed this from beginning to end, and the fact you solo developed this, Fkin phenomenal. Really excited for part 2!
Вкуснота!
So good. If you like "boomer shooters", stop reading and just buy it. It's legit amazing that a solo developer can make a game of this caliber. Seriously impressive skillsets. Well done Jasozz Games. I'm late to the party on this one and feel guilty for not playing it earlier.
Very charming and well designed classic FPS with some amazing levels, weapons and encounters. Just a really great time.
I'm not sure what the negative reviews for this game are going on about. The whole "dont feel bad about looking up a guide" is true for the secrets because they are hard to find, but the actual campaign is easy to follow using your map and context clues. I thoroughly enjoyed Chapter 1 and Chapter 2 excited for whatever comes next. Someone mentioned the revolver being useless i agree with that, maybe instead of having identical weapons ammo types new types should have been made besides that it was very fun. Horror and gunplay kept me hooked was very tense at times. Maybe more enemy types too.
