About
Rise up. Fight back.
Gear up to fight your way through the ranks of an insidious cult. Their wretched minds twisted by the will of an unseen entity, you'll find just as much lead flying back as you dish out, so you'll have to run, slide, dodge, and make use of your environment to survive in this old-school-inspired shooter.
CULTIC: Chapter One includes 10 maps full of blood, grit, and of course, cultists. After completing the story, you can test your skills in the wave-based Survival Mode, also included with Chapter One.
Get a taste of Chapter Two with the Interlude story map, and then finish the fight with the Chapter Two expansion DLC!
CULTIC gives you the freedom to approach combat your way. You can run in guns blazing, running, jumping, sliding, and dodging to keep out of harms way. If you prefer a slower approach, you can lay traps, let your enemies come to you, and pick them off from the safety of cover. Maybe you prefer to weave in between your foes, leading their attacks towards each other, and turning them against one another. With a full arsenal of mid-century firearms and explosives, you'll be well equipped to slaughter everything in your path - provided you don't get slaughtered first.
Combat in CULTIC is fast and deadly. Well-placed shots can take your enemies - and yourself - out of the game quickly. Keep on the move or stick to cover, and use your arsenal wisely to stay alive as you fight your way through cult territory.
CULTIC was styled to feel like a throwback to the shooters of yore, but with the advantages of a modern engine, such as physics, lighting, and a fully 3D game world. The gameplay, audio design, and art are all stylized to create a unique experience.

One of the greatest "boomer shooters" i have played recently. Love the style and feel of Blood so i'm glad to see that recreated here. The animations have a lot of care put in to them. Love that the reload is different when its an empty mag or half. Haven't played chapter 2 yet, but based on the time it seems it will be quite a bit longer. My only issue (as a save scum warrior) is that the hardest difficulty was not super insane. I like my hardest difficulties to be too hard for me to enjoy, even with save scumming, that i have to go to a lower one. Also the secrets are not stupid, i would say i found about 80%-90% of the secrets on my own. And the ones i missed were to be being stupid. It doesn't follow the boomer shooter method of spamming interact on every single wall in the level, you can access most secrets with no explosives or random walls. Buy this game, it's what boomer shooters should actually try to be.
First off this game is amazing, buy it now, seriously! Now that's out of the way understand that this isn't a classic boomer shooter. It's more a brutal shooter with survival horror elements with lots of secrets. I watch Civvie's video on it and picked it up. Worth every penny, it's easily one of the best shooters I've ever played. It's hard but fair. It's not Blood hard, but there are times it feels ball busting. Chapter one has a bad ending, but Chapter two and the Interlude pickup and run with the game. It's great! Yes there this plenty of down time trying to find secrets, but because weapon parts are pivotal to get through this game. The bosses are, interesting to say the least. They get better as the game goes on, and while they feel hard, the game has incredible weapons that are powerful and accurate. It's a throw back shooter that takes what came before and improves on it. There needs to be a Cultic 2, more weapons and enemies and keep it going. Story is light, but it's not Doom, there is something going on, you find bread crumbs of the story as you go, and the cultic is varied enough to fun and interesting. Honestly it's an amazing game, get it, play it, beat it, play it on hard all over again. It will be worth the 10ish hours you'll put into it.
Дуже веселий шутер а місцями ще й горрор солідний, останнє особливо у 2-му розділі, сужет доволі задовільний та є має інтригуючі моменти. Загалом було дуже весело, рекомендував би всім!
Great game. Well worth the money.
