If that's what cults are IRL, then I don't want to join any
its just good
ITS COOL
I'm not a fan of action roguelikes since I typically find their gameplay repetitive and often hit a wall where I feel like I'm not meaningfully progressing. Enter the Gungeon and Risk of Rain 2 didn't land well with me despite the overwhelming praise they've received. This one, however, ended up being one of my favourite games of all time, and I attribute a lot of that to the base management. Even if I end up dying during a run, there's always stuff to do at the cult, like preaching sermons to unlock items, creating buildings to expand its capabilities, and making sure the cult's healthy. The runs may be a bit difficult at first, but they got easier as I progressed, to the point where I was able to complete most of them without a sweat. If you have same gripes against action roguelikes like I do, this might be the delightful exception you're looking for.
Muy bueno
