Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.38/day in the week to Aug 3 → 1.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

gorgeous art, great characters & story - small choices can make a difference & plenty of replayability. combat style is super fun. last part drags on a bit with the number of battles you have to get through back to back.

A good story and decent combat
A very fun deckbuilder RPG with cool lore, fun (if somewhat simple) tactical gameplay, and gorgeous art. Recommended Update: The game dragged on in the latter half. The final act especially was full of combat filler and I was relieved to finish the game. I wish it leaned much harder on the choose-your-adventure style choices and less on the combat which grew stale as the tactics were the same for everything but the last boss. I'd still recommend it but with more reservations.
Absolutely lovely game if you're a fan of layered politicking, worldbuilding, some cosmic fantasy horror, and digging around for all the variables of the varying characters, relationships, and endings. I've only finished it once but the art design and story really caught me, and I'm excited to go achievement hunting.
The art and presentation for Crown Gambit is great. The music is up there with the likes of the recent Clair Expedition 33, I'd say I like it even more than 33 because I was actually listening to the sound track the there night and enjoying it. The game play is engaging. There's an RPG element to the game, with multiple paths and choices to make. It's not rouge-like random runs, but a curated story driven experience. The card combat is easy to understand, with room to master. The game is bang for your buck. There is a lot of content here. I started off absolutely loving the story and the gameplay, but by the end I thought the story got a little too convoluted for me. There were too many events, too many characters to keep track of and by the end I almost didn't care how it ended. My characters also became very powerful pretty early on and soon fights became a little boring. Added abilities didn't do much to change this, as I had settled into a groove that demolished foes. Overall though, I think that Crown Gambit is an ambitious deck builder that delivers on what it set out to do. Despite my complaints, I had a good time with in it and though the story outstayed its welcome, the world of Crown Gambit was great to live in and explore. I would suggest grabbing the art book to as it's 120 pages of lore, world building and greta insight into the characters and development of the game.
Loved the game, especially the art.
