In the past, you will witness a world in the throes of The Change, a cataclysmic event that forever altered humanity. Meanwhile, in the ravaged wastelands of the future, every moment is a fight for survival against dangerous abominations that will test both your reflexes and your tactical thinking.
You are a Traveler working for the enigmatic Collective, tasked with scouring the wastelands of the future in search of time rifts that will transport you to 1980s-era Poland.
In a desolate world filled with ever-present danger, your survival hinges on your ability to strategize and plan ahead. The enemies you’ll encounter are nightmarish creatures, born from the remnants of humanity – defeating them will require you to make full use of your arsenal.
You can manipulate temporal Anomalies to clear a path through the desolate environment, and will have to scavenge for resources to replenish your limited ammo and supplies. Good preparation is key. Once in battle, split-second decisions can mean the difference between life
and death.
The creatures you kill won’t stay dead for long. Fallen enemies can be absorbed by others — through a grotesque process called Merging — to become faster, tougher, and far deadlier.
The only way to stop them? Burn their bodies. And do it fast.
If you don’t, you’ll face ever-evolving abominations that will push your combat skills to their limits.
Your mission is to locate key people from the past who perished in the ensuing apocalypse. Using your all-powerful Harvester, you can extract their Essences and have them accompany you into the future.
But be wary: these essences have a profound impact on your journey.
The more you carry, the more haunted your suit becomes — increasing your prowess on the battlefield but also bringing with them whispers in your ear and flickers into your vision, edging you ever closer to madness.

At first, it feels like dead space. But, then it develops into its very own experience. One of the most incredible games that I've played in several years. The depth of the narrative, the atmospheric tension, jump scares, and just terrifying ordeal that you go through. It all makes for a wonderful experience. I hope to see more games from this studio in the future.
Very poor experience so far. Switches resolutions as it sees fit - starts in a window, the switches to something like 900x700, then 4k... Very bad color management. With or without HDR it either seems bleak, or you do not see anything. HDR calibration does almost nothing (and the values are ridiculous; like -100.00 to 0.00, 0.00 to 3000.00, yes including the decimal places...). Enabling HDR drops framerates from 300 to 7 fps. (Atomic Heart did ~240 on average, Horizon Zero Dawn ~120 on my rig.) Controls are terrible - they feel slow and clunky. Looking and turning around takes ages. Camera position - after an hour I am getting dizzy from the unnatural view - especially when turning around. Story was ok, but not worth playing considering the combat difficulty.

para fãs de Resident Evil antigo. Esse jogo é muito bom. Não diria que é um jogo de terror, mas sim de ação com elementos de survival horror. Da uns sustos, mas não terror. história mt boa. Jogo com profundidade temática. Rejogarei no futuro
Holy hardware requirements, damn. DLSS and Frame Gen, unfortunately, are a MUST. Other than that, the game is gem.
I really enjoyed this game. I believe that both the story and the gameplay were really fun and interesting. Now it is true that i encountered 1 small bug, while also the game happened to crash once right after. However though this wasn't a big deal because the game had autosaved like 2 minutes ago. Overall i believe this game is a 9/10 experience and would love to see the universe of Cronos getting 1 or 2 more games.

As a fan of the survival horror genre, I found the gameplay and story unique enough to feel fresh. The sound and visual art design is fantastic. This game was a joy to play.
Para o bem ou para o mal, esse game tem o DNA da Bloober, se você já conhece os trabalhos deles e gosta, então Cronos será um game incrível. Da minha parte, eu achei um bom jogo, vale a pena compra-lo em uma promoção, acho que R$ 120,00 é um preço justo pelas horas de gameplay e entretenimento. Fiquei um pouco desapontado porque a lore de um jogo é uma parte que me intriga muito nos games que jogo e nesse game há pouquíssimas respostas, espero que a DLC anunciada resolva esse ponto. Também achei que a variação dos inimigos ficou a desejar, assim como a das armas, talvez por ser um grande fã de Dead Space, isso me fez criar uma comparação de terror injusta. Ainda assim, games com essa pegada terror/horror narrativos são escassos e Cronos com certeza é um jogo que os fãs desse estilo devem jogar, eu acredito muito no potencial desse estúdio, se eles conseguirem tecnicamente dar vida a imaginação deles, farão jogos ainda mais incríveis.
