Crisol: Theater of Idols

Espero una parte 2 mucho más pulida, la historia y la atmosfera, el universo triste y decadente esta muy bien logrado, pero...me gustaría interactuar mas con el mundo, mejorar la variedad de armas y poderes, el sistema de municiones es muy bien pensado pero los enemigos son muy repetitivos...los poderes ni se siente la diferencia, la pistola es suficiente para casi todo. y los jefes no son reto. La música es una cosa increíble y la trama también, como dije...espero la parte 2 pero mucho mas pulida. Sigan asi!!!

Crisol is an excellent game, but there is one thing you need to keep in mind: how much you paid for it. I got Crisol for $14. Looking it up, my go-to burrito at Chipotle, plus a bottle of Mexican Coca Cola, costs $15.10. Keep that in mind: this game is excellent, and it costs about as much as a burrito and a drink. The biggest thing I would say about this game is that it has a very keen understanding of the difference between enough and too much of any given element. Your ammo comes from your hit points, and more powerful guns take their pound of flesh. You have money to upgrade your weapons and syringes, and you have crow tokens to upgrade your perk tree. This is all exactly enough resource hunting without anything feeling too abundant or too scarce. The main four levels are all broken up into sub-levels, with progression items scattered through them; once you've got the doohickey that lets you unlock the doors in this level, there's enough backtracking to feel rewarding, but not too much so that it becomes tedious. So too, the game's length. You start it, you play through it, and you finish. It hasn't taken you so long that you've forgotten story beats from the beginning. It's a fun ride up and down, and then it's over. I'm reminding of Xbox 360 games, in a good way. Overall, this game is superbly designed. I just wish I could the brightness up a little higher, this game is hard to play when the sun is up.

In terms of gunplay, this game is fantastic. The mechanic of using your health as your ammo is a welcome feature and brings in some resource managment to the run and gun gameplay. Also since different guns take different amounts of health, it makes you have to consisder which guns to prioritize. In terms of puzzles....its not great. Some puzzles are pretty straight forward like using objects to reveal a combination. But others have answers that are very obsure, like having to know how to play dominoes to unlock a gate. I do recommend this game if youve played games like doom or bioshock, just dont feel bad if you have to look up a guide for some puzzles

Eu gostei bastante do jogo. Em alguns momentos me lembrava Bioshock, mas só na estética mesmo. O jogo tem uma ideia muito boa onde nossa munição é nosso sangue. Os level design é bom, apesar de ter umas fases meio chatas. O jogo também não tem uma variedade muito boa de inimigos. Mas o que mais achei ruim foi a mira que é muito lenta. Apesar das criticas é um jogo divertido e pelo preço compensa muito.

Bioshock and We Happy Few mixed with some survival horror elements. Cristol doesn't do anything new but it understands the fundamentals of making a servicable experience. Some interesting concepts concerning blood and weaponary keep you engaged enough to wonder what the next weapon will add to the adventure. I'm enjoying it so far and I'd recommend it to anyone wanting to try something new.

recommended if they fix the bundle of BUGS.
