This game is a Flawed Masterpiece, It's story is lacking and dialogues could be improved. In addition a main issue with the game for me, is that there is no way to set a fps cap for menus/map. If your using frame gen it becomes disabled in menus/map. This causes the GPU to greatly increase temps and wattage to display a map or menu. I believe upscalers are disable as well in menus/map. A menu fps cap or frame gen with upscalers working in menus/map would be greatly appreciated. Besides everything listed above this game excels in almost everything else. Combat is amazing, graphics look stunning, and performance is great for the visuals that you are getting. There are countless memorable areas to be discovered and freedom feels limitless.

Every market we collect.
Same day: best KR #2, worst UK #22 · 14 markets collected
US · last 30 days
Of the 13 markets with a position on both sides, 12 climbed and 1 fell. The same sale, the same day, opposite directions — which is why nothing here is averaged into a single arrow, and why one sale is not a trend.
Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · United States has just 10 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 1,765 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

10/10 would recommend to others that love to explore. Pearl Abyss is doing everything right. Already Platinum this game on PS5 and when cross-save drop, it carried the achievements. GOOD JOB.
Интересная игра, крайне рекомендую, не много не целостный сюжет был изначально, с обновлением стало в разы лучше и интереснее, куча активностей и геймплея
juste excellent
After years of Pearl Abyss teasing this thing like a corpse they refused to let anyone see, Crimson Desert finally crawled out of development on March 19, 2026 — and immediately split the room down the middle. Critics landed it at a 78. IGN slapped it with a 6. DualShockers called it a 9.5. The players? They're sitting at an 8.6 and climbing. So which is it — masterpiece or mess? The ghoulish truth: it's both, tangled together, and whether you love it depends entirely on what you can forgive. What it gets gloriously right is spectacle. This is a massive single-player open-world fantasy epic with some of the most jaw-dropping boss fights in the genre — towering, cinematic brawls that feel like wrestling a god. The world is enormous and stuffed to bursting with things to do: traversal tools, side systems, secrets buried in every corner. When Crimson Desert is firing on all cylinders, it's the kind of game that makes you stop and just stare at what's happening on screen. And then it trips over its own feet. The combat and controls are clunky — a sprawling pile of mechanics that never quite click into elegance, fighting your fingers as often as they fight the enemies. The narrative, for all its ambition, never grips hard enough to carry the weight of the world around it. This is a game with a hundred systems and not quite enough discipline to make them sing together. That's exactly the gap between the critics who bounced off the friction and the players who pushed through it and fell in love. Here's my honest ghoulish verdict: if you need tight, polished, hand-holding design, this will drive you up the wall. But if you can stomach jank in exchange for scale, ambition, and boss fights that'll live in your head for weeks, there's a genuinely special beast buried in here. The player score climbing well past the critics tells you everything — this is a game that wins people over the longer they bleed into it. Go in patient. Fight the ugly bosses. Let it grow on you like rot.
Siempre me han gustado los juegos de mundo abierto, es una buena opcion para despejarte del mundo real al menos por unas horas lo recomiendo
Great game, story, flow, etc. But still has a road ahead on optimization. This game has undoubtedly the most options for graphics, and while my hardware isn't rare - I'd say the pixel count may be less common. With LG's 45 inch GX9, I am lucky enough to witness 5K in all its fine detail, but with Crimson Desert in its current state of optimization I cannot run full resolution and graphic settings without substantial frame rate issues. I understand it sits under a huge umbrella of CPU scheduling, draw calls, asset streaming, share compilation, VRAM residency, frame pacing, specific ray tracing implementation, location effects, and list goes on to compile a weak above-4K optimization. I know, first world problems, but I think it's still important to point out. As tech advances, my specific setup becomes more common, available, and affordable. With such an ambitious title as Crimson Desert - it is still important to point out that at this time: Crimson Desert does terribly with 5K even if you're running highest end consumer-level gear. For others, I recommend this game. For those in the same boat as I am: I do not recommend it at this time.
Just a fantastic game overall especially with the new updates.
This is the type of game you'd get lost into as you did in all those epic open world games. You do have bugs here and there, stuff getting glitchy from time to time, questionable input, but they're not game breaking, the game still feels fun. The world feels organically fluid, real, and it's stunning. I had many times when I just stopped and watched it in awe, on how well they made it feel and look. They gave me that "oooh I see that mountain peak over there and I wanna go there" moment just like Skyrim did a lifetime ago. You can see the passion this game was made with when you forget to look at the time, it's already dark outside and the food you prepped to eat it's already cold. You never get bored in this game, just tired because it's already 2 in the morning but you wanna finish that last quest before bedtime...said you 3h ago. I'll update the review when I'll have many more h into this game, but honestly? As for now it's worth your time and money. I MUCH prefer this over the flappy flops the west tends to spit lately.
Good things about the game: you can do a lot in it. It is like a dream. Fights are fun. Graphics are nice. The story on a meta level is good. There are more secrets and secret locations than a single player can ever find on their own. But here start the bad things. The NPCs are annoyingly repetitive. You would think that in the time of AI the game could find good conversations with some level of immersiveness. But no. It is like the old Ultima games. The world is just sterile. How things work is often totally unclear. The devs know how a task must be done. But the game doesn't communicate it to the player. Without YouTube nobody would want to play the game because player would get stuck at things like "dye something of you gear" in the game. Which is actually part of a mission. Still, I played 120 hours. But now I can't play it anymore because my savegame loads into a blackscreen. Update 1.16.01 broke the save games! But hey! It is still possible to start a new game and after another 120 hours you will have a broken savegame again. Your freedom in the world is better than The Witcher, better than KCD2, better than Baldurs Gate 3. But the counts for nothing if Pearl Abyss can't make the easy things like a savegame system work. I am on PC Win11, 64 GB RAM, RTX 3070 GPU.
