The PvP Balancing is horrible...
If you want an RTS game that has no sense of balancing, mechanics that seem to be conjured up by someone who's never played an RTS before, the worst graphics in the series to date, an absolutely disgusting business model, a progressively worse experience with every update and getting annhilated by anyone who has spent more money, then this game is for you!

Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 11.43/day in the week to Jul 24 → 25/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

This was a fun game at launch, but is getting worse and worse to play, The devs are constantly make changes to go with their pay for DLC which makes the base game worse and has just sapped the fun out of the game to the point of unplayability. Despite this being a series I have owned and enjoyed since the first game, it is now getting uninstalled until such time as its becomes fun to play again...
NEED FACTION FOR FRANCE ITALY AND RUSSIA
Game is not new player friendly, the community is toxic as hell if you're new, the matchmaking seem to think because you just picked up the game that you could compete against high level players for some reason.. The German campaign was alright but my god the other one really takes the mick.. A turn based slog of mostly just waiting, tedious little crap that you gotta deal with otherwise it's gonna make that campaign last forever.. and believe me it'll drag.. Honestly don't understand how they expected new players to really even step foot into this game.. But Axis matchmaking seems to be way higher then Allies so good luck with that if you still play this what feels like a slowly dying game at this point if this is the direction we're heading. With new players not being able to get in and what seems like veterans having their own issues with the balancing and the insane prices for the dlc.. HOLY! With some even having insane power over if you don't get the dlc.. Really disappointing.
I honestly have gave this game so many chances being a long time fan of RTS, but I cannot recommend this, after the "new game" feel wears off, this game is boring and tedious, every mission on the campaign map feels same, and uninspired. Even when I beat the enemy all the way to their base(in a random campaign mission,) magically they suddenly had "reinforcements" that pushed all my forces off their base and took most of the territory within minutes. I am talking 6+ squads and vehicles. This isnt fun. What have you guys done to this game...?
