About

Company of Heroes 3: Final Stand introduces an all-new standalone wave defense experience, delivering thrilling, highly-replayable Company of Heroes gameplay. This standalone experience does not require you to own any previous Company of Heroes titles, making it easy for you to jump straight into the action and have fun, whether you’re a longtime fan or a new player.

Prepare to dig in, build layered defenses, and survive against escalating waves of enemy forces across 12 increasingly difficult rounds, including intimidating bosses and dynamic battlefield events unique to Final Stand.

Featuring a roguelite progression system, players construct a custom battlegroup from the ground up suited to their style of play. After each wave, choose between randomized units or abilities that persist for the duration of the run, ensuring that no two playthroughs feel the same.
Persistent upgrades like powerful perks and unique abilities will be unlocked between runs across faction-specific progression trees. These upgrades meaningfully change how each faction plays, encouraging experimentation, long-term mastery, and repeat play at higher levels.

Final Stand captures the classic Company of Heroes feeling of those pivotal moments where when faced with overwhelming odds, preparation, adaptability, and decisive command determine survival.

Unless this gets a substantial amount of free content, this dlc is absolutely not worth the price, there is a few hours of fun here at most. Maybe get this if you like co-op and its 8$ or so.

The devs' excuse for not adding automatch as it will be "subpar matchmaking experience" is laughable. We automatch co-op 4P in the base game all the time and it's perfectly fine. We even only have 2P here! And for that matter, launching without even the lobby is also laughable. The lobby is only coming in a hotfix after player complaints. This negative review stays until you add automatch.
Quite a fun Co-op roguelike inspired experience. I have enjoyed whats on offer, but it feels a bit low on content for the price.
Certainly not as fun as the original game, hopefully over time they can make it a bit more interesting.

(I have more hours through the main launcher) COH 3 Final Stand is not worth it for the cost, or what's included. It is a awesome mini game but nowhere near worth the asking price due to various factors. The main factor is content with unique defenses and units. For instance as Afrika Korps they seem the least fleshed out as what few defenses they have cannot even be built in final stand defensive mode. many unique abilities that make DAK feasible such as an extra squad member to bersaglieri, machine gun bunkers, panzerjaegers with panzerschreks are not even included in this add on. It just seems like they threw it all in last second for a quick buck but did not even add stuff to it which is already in the game.
Probably the most disappointing content they released so far. I get better "final stand" battles defending in skirmish than this 100 pop cap garbage. To add insult to injury they advertised this DLC as a COOP experience but that BARELY meets that definition because you can only play WITH ONE OTHER FRIEND !#$% "SORRY GUYS WE KNOW COH ALWAYS BEEN A 4 MAN COOP BUT TO SHOW THAT WE KNOW AND APPRECIATE OUR PLAYER BASE WE DECIDED TO PULL DOWN OUR PANTS AND DROP A HOT TEGUSTAVON IN YOUR MOUTH." ~relic probably Never refunded a product so fast.
玩了两天,今天一上来发现打的特性都没,真垃圾
Final Stand is fun and has a lot of potential, but it needs more support and new content to justify its price. In my opinion, the biggest weakness of the game is the Endless mode. During Endless, you don't receive any new abilities during the match, and you don't get any Skill Points after the match. I think this system should continue for at least 12 more rounds, up to Round 24. On top of that, the difficulty increases unnaturally after entering Endless, and after a few rounds, the game completely gets out of control, which is really frustrating. Another issue is the default defensive structures. Regardless of which faction you're playing, you always have to defend an American HQ, and the default MG positions have Italian soldiers inside them. These should match the faction you're playing. The game also really needs 3-player co-op and more maps. I don't think four players are necessary, but adding 3-player co-op would be a great addition.
