I had really high hopes for this game but sadly it falls short. I love climbing games and climbing is not bad at all. The game is well optimized and looks nice ( If u like the cartoonish art style). Sadly I was hoping for more story. After I completed the game which took under 60 min I still had no clue what it was about. I actually thought the game was loading the next level but instead it was over which was a huge disappointment. The game had a lot of potential but at this point in time, I can not recommend it for the price. If you like climbing games, don't mind the short playtime and find it for 5$ or less you should try it out.

Really good, a bit short, but worth it. Must-have for vr fanatics. I hope they will make a sequel or bigger version with more lore tho, the world shows us a lot of great potential, but we miss the story behind this world.

SHORT. This is fun for what it is--which is a VR-typical climbing sim, but it's SHORT in length (and very linear) and SHORT on story (basically none). I can't recommend it at $15. At $5-8, you get a thumbs-up.

Interesting idea, pretty graphics, and very smooth controls. Note that the game is very, very short (completable in under 90 minutes).

Controls only work when they feel like it. Can't even move and turn at the same time.

Your job is to find the corruption and get rid of it. The game looks good, the art style fits this kind of game very well. The world is interesting, with ancient ruins overgrown with plantlife and the mysterious corruption spread all over the place. You get around the level with walking or climbing. The climbing system is solid, grabbing onto things and launching yourself from one ledge to an other is very simple. There is also a fatigue aspect you need to have in mind, otherwise you will loose your grip. This is handeld quiet easily, you just have to hold still for a moment and grab the ledge (or what ever you're hanging on) with both hands to refresh. This basicly forces you to stop every once, which is convenient, since this gives you time to admire the scenery. Overall this game is simple, but beautiful and is very relaxing to play.

This is a good VR experience especially because of its style and overall consistent quality. The graphics are really well done and look really good in the current VR Headset generation. Because the well balanced approach to graphic fidelity and style Cloudborn stays readable and pretty even though the levels are quite big. I would not claim that it is a game because for that it is simply lacking some gameplay features. But as a exploration experience it is really well done!
