Very simple and casual blitzkrieg like gameplay. Unclear rules of engagement alter results seemingly randomly. Feels tablet grade with limited on screen information. Cheap hexagonal tiles. Units that use prone animation when they die, grating audio both for sound effects and music. Inane preloaded assortment of troops and foes that you have to mop up. Slow and unengaging turn based momvent even outside of combat. Unclear why sometimes units take no damage and sometimes get roflstomped (RNG?). Removed for declutter

This game is good. Basic. If you like civil wars, then you have to play with this. I think the price is expensive, but you can get all Civil War games in a bundle. You can complete it very easy, and you can get all achievements. And you can get trading cards too.

The whole series of Civil War is a terrible waste of money. They are copy paste of each other with minor changes, and same as missions within them: Complete lack of variety. I played it for 2 hours and that was already too much, CW is terrible and unworthy of your attention.

Gra sprawia mieszane wrażenie. Brak balansu w niektórych bitwach. Nie wiem czy jest to błąd czy zamierzone działanie? Albo jest za łatwo albo przeciwnik ma ogromną przewagę a trzeba go pokonać i nie stracić zbyt dużego procentu armii. Niektóre potyczki są bez zarzutu. GRA JAKO CAŁOŚĆ JEST NIEDOPRACOWANA. No i nie ma klimatu bitwy. Jest raczej partią szachów !!! Po aktualizacji z dnia 1 listopada 2024 roku nie można uruchomić gry.

A really fun simple turn-based strategy war game. The difficulty balance is pretty solid, the graphics are great, sound design is awesome and overall it's just a really fun game to play. Hexwar Games are an awesome company, I had technical problems with another game by them...it was fixed within 12 hours. They are friendly and care about the games and their fans
