Highly playable game with beautiful pixel graphics and a good play loop. The different characters, skills, divine objects and combinations thereof make for varied playthroughs on each run. The story is unusual and fascinating with perfectly suitable voice acting. Also, don’t miss the “soundtrack” – i.e. multiple standalone stories read by the great voice actor. In singleplayer mode, definitely one of my favorite rougelikes. However, the coop mode is decent at best. With two controllers on the same screen it works well, but feels very constrained. Local LAN coop play wasn’t stable for me at all. Well worth the asking price when reduced. The DLC are not essential. Overall, the game shines and offers many hours of play – especially for completionists.

This is a hidden GEM! I was looking for a game to play with my friend for a pretty long time and i thought that we have played all good coop games and ocasionally found that game. Music, strory, graphics, gameplay are very good. The only drawback is that you cannot see levels of skills when you out of combat you are not the host

A história é boa e gira em torno de dinâmicas familiares tradicionais, algo escasso hoje em dia, por isso ela deixa um sentimento gostoso de nostalgia; [b]Cons[/b]: Gameplay acaba cansando as vezes, variedade de inimigos muito limitada e a distribuição dos power-ups e curas nas fases é um tanto injusta (as vezes vem demais, as vezes não vem nada). Resumo: Apesar de a gameplay ser um pouco repititiva, ainda é divertida e engaja pelo carisma do trabalho artístico em geral. Vale muito a pena ser jogado.
I wish I could lose all memory of this game so I can play it again for the first time. I had an absolute blast playing this masterpiece.
