Take up your sword, channel your magic or board your Mech. Chained Echoes is a 16-bit style RPG set in a fantasy world where dragons are as common as piloted mechanical suits.

Prices
The United States storefront in every case, so this compares stores and not countries.
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.71/day in the week to Sep 14 → 4.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
I was expecting a simple straight forward game to burn some time. What I got was an epic adventure with a fun story, characters and so much to do. Open world but not overwhelming, fun turn based combat. Highly recommend.
Interessante em alguns momentos, mas nada demais. 7/10.

Solid 8/10; I have some nitpick-y complaints about a handful of things, especially with how the end of the game was handled (more mechanically than story-wise, though some of both), but it's a very good JRPG and a delightful mix of indie enough to not be afraid of taking some risky swings, even if they're big, but with a big enough budget to feel smooth and polished. Hands down the BEST combat I've ever had in a JRPG that didn't incorporate active elements (yes I'm carving out E33 so i don't have to pick between them). Regular combat slaps the entire game, and the choice to give you full heals and resurrection after every fight lets them really push individual encounter designs in engaging ways so they can get the most of it. Mech combat is a little underwhelming (especially coming in relatively late in the game), but that's mostly me coming from hoping that this was more of a Mecha JRPG than a JRPG that includes fantasy mecha, which is more on me than the game. It's still engaging and fun, just a shallower by comparison. Will definitely be getting the DLC eventually, very excited to see what this team does next.
Hi guys. So I wanted to wait until I finish the game but I can't, I'm sorry, this game is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ awesome that's crazy, I don't have much to say cause as I said I didn't finish it yet, I'm playing right now, and I LOVE the plot. Contemplating the greatness of indies games once again at a fair price, while others paying 79.99, for a game without any flavour. I could cry from happiness right now 😭
This game originally passed me by for that other Chrono Trigger inspired JRPG that came out around the same time, and it's a tragedy I didn't get around to playing it until now. Chained Echoes manages to do what many other retro-inspired JRPGs cannot; distinguish itself. From the Overdrive system to the Sky Armor battles, combat rarely feels like a slog, only when grinding for materials. While the bosses aren't necessarily difficult, understanding of the mechanics and systems tend to be required for some of the optional late-game bosses (looking at you Randomage). If you've got some cash to spare, you'll struggle to find better value for 40hrs worth of excellent story, gameplay, and intriguing setup for a future sequel. FYI: You can run from battles using LB/Q, you're welcome.
Chocantemente bom.
Jogo bom, a história é muito bem contada, combate legal, bem diferente
