CARRION

Incredibly fun game about being an eldritch horror being! Best played with a controller though. As you progress through the different regions you unlock new abilities tied to what size you are. There's optional upgrades that are hidden and/or require abilities that you only unlock later on, but the entrance to them is always marked by the same special symbol. There's regular checkpoints and the end area acts as a hub towards previous locations, which is useful for collecting the missing optional upgrades, as they're tied to achievements. A few deaths happened here and there but the overall difficulty is pretty tame, making it a chill experience. As a cherry on top there are several prototype versions accessible by going into the Steam beta menu for the game. They are largly just tech-demos, but I love seeing a little behind the scenes of the game's development. Would definitely recommend!

играется бодрячком, неплохая игруля, я красный анальный червячок карта на самом деле не так уж и нужна, игра довольно линейная и как может дает подсказки по направлению, но на крайняк вроде в мастерской есть мод на карту за 150 денег на скидках нормасик продукт

Carrion is just a really fun, lowkey metroidvania to enjoy a quick gaming session playing. The combat is very simple, but the game is mostly about progression via solving puzzles. As with any MV, there can be some frustrating moments when you pass by the thing you need to move forward and get stuck, but its a generally super solid, very fun game.

Very fun little game, a little frustrating when I could not for the life of me find one of the saves to progress, but I will absolutely come back and 100% this game. (I'm missing 2 achievements)
