Borderlands Game of the Year

Borderlands GOTY é aquele tipo de jogo que envelheceu com personalidade. Misturando FPS com RPG e um sistema de loot quase viciante, ele ainda consegue prender mesmo anos depois do lançamento. O grande destaque aqui é o ciclo de gameplay: explorar, enfrentar inimigos, coletar armas absurdamente variadas e repetir. A quantidade de armas é insana, e o jogo realmente incentiva experimentar builds diferentes. Cada personagem tem habilidades únicas que mudam bastante a forma de jogar, o que ajuda na rejogabilidade. O estilo visual em cel-shading também merece elogio — ele não só dá identidade ao jogo como ajuda a mascarar o envelhecimento gráfico. A ambientação de Pandora é desolada, mas cheia de humor ácido e momentos inesperados. Por outro lado, nem tudo é perfeito. As missões podem ficar repetitivas depois de um tempo, geralmente envolvendo “vá até tal lugar, elimine inimigos e volte”. Além disso, a história não é tão marcante quanto nos jogos mais recentes da franquia, e a falta de um minimapa mais intuitivo pode incomodar. O combate, apesar de satisfatório, pode parecer um pouco “duro” comparado a padrões atuais, especialmente para quem vem de shooters mais modernos. Mesmo com esses pontos, Borderlands GOTY continua sendo uma experiência divertida, principalmente em coop — que é, sem dúvida, a melhor forma de jogar. I have a lot of nostalgia for this series. Borderlands was one of the first games I played with friends, exploring an open world full of loot, fighting bosses, and experiencing it together. I remember playing Call of Duty every single day after school, and Borderlands was the game that finally pulled me away from that, and I feel like that really matters. But coming back to it 16 years later, I realized there’s a lot about this game that feels very generic. [h2][b]The Good[/b][/h2] • The loot is still special. It makes getting kills and progressing feel fun and rewarding. There’s something genuinely unique about Borderlands loot. • The game is funny. The crude humor holds up, and I found myself laughing again at moments I got to re-experience. • It still feels like a solid first-person shooter. Movement, mantling, and general gameplay all feel good. • The skill system isn’t overwhelming. It’s nice having clear direction instead of too many choices. • The characters are classics. They feel distinct and make you want to try different classes. • Bosses are unique and memorable. • Extremely fun with friends. Better with other people, but still playable solo. Very noticeable by modern standards (it personally really bugged me). • Mission structure is repetitive. Go here, do this, kill that, come back, repeat. [h2]TLDR[/h2] It’s hard for me to review this game because of nostalgia, but I personally think it still holds up. That said, a lot of it feels dated, especially the mission design and settings. If you’re curious or have nostalgia for it, it’s worth trying. Otherwise, there are better modern options. Хз чё не нравится нытикам которые негативные отзывы пишут. Да, в игре сюжет кал, но играется хорошо. Если хочется просто отключить мозг и пострелять - самое то.

BORDERLANDS - играл в Borderlands 2 с другом, было весело! Недавно решил зайти в первую часть, прикоснуться к истокам и очень удивился. Видимо в 2009 году реально мало было хороших "стрелялок" или очень уж понравилась идея "стрелялки-собиралки" (луттер-шутер) Но в 2026 году игра ощущается, как живое воплощение слова скука, просто кошмар! Улучшенная версия совершенно не спасает положение! Игру стоило назвать "Boredom-lands"

Won't even run. Imagine a game so fundamentally broken that the "Improved" (GOTY EHNANCED) version is a 3.5/10 disaster and the original version won't even open the launcher, then won't start a game, then will explode at random anyway. 2K and Gearbox are truly in a league of their own when it comes to selling randomized, unplayable garbage. I already 100% completed the Enhanced version. I am not wasting another second of my life troubleshooting a 17-year-old game that the developers clearly didn't bother to test on a modern OS. 0/10, only have this because of Pandora's Box Bundle, so you can't even refund it.

This is a fantastic game to immerse yourself in for several hours. Although it is a classic title, it remains outstanding; it offers a fun experience and a vibrant open world filled with various engagements.
