Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 10.57/day in the week to Sep 10 → 18.86/day in the week after.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 10: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Thanks for removing the Handsome Collection off the store solely in my currency, right as the game got on sale, been waiting to complete this DLC collection for years and when I'm finally able to, you idiots pull this bs.
*Playing Co-Op with a friend* *You see a weapon with good stats* *Friend takes it* *1 hour long argument starts* 10/10 would find others to play co-op with
picking up borderlands 2 is like being the childhood friend who started doing black tar heroine and dropped out of highschool. this game ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ slaps i love heroine and dropping out of highschool
If you want a game with chaotic shooting, tons of loot, and a story that actually makes you laugh, Borderlands 2 is it. I was honestly skeptical about the cel-shaded art style at first, which is why I didn't want to play it in the beginning. But once I dived in, I completely fell in love with it. I chose to play as Maya, and her "Phaselock" power is so much fun to use. Trapping enemies in the air never gets old. The guns are awesome too, especially when you find one with crazy elemental damage. Plus, Handsome Jack is easily one of the best villains ever made. He is hilarious but also makes you really want to beat him. The only annoying thing is managing the inventory because sorting through the backpack takes too long. Also, some bosses can be really brutal to fight. Honestly, this game holds up incredibly well. The map is huge, there are side quests everywhere, and I still have so much left to do. Definitely worth picking up!
The game is great - but don't expect to be able to play with friends. Shift is what they use for multiplayer and it is completely broken. Looping loading screens & glitches galore. Should've stayed with Steam's free servers. RIP.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RwlEPGbivgU Easily standing out as the absolute peak of the franchise, this sequel takes everything that made the original fun and improves it in every single direction. Handsome Jack remains one of the best and most charismatic villains in gaming history, carrying a hilarious yet genuinely sinister narrative that keeps you invested across the entire campaign. It is an undeniable looter-shooter classic that set the gold standard for the genre.
One of the best borderlands games in my opinion. 10/10 game humor still holds up dialogue is (mostly) still impactful also Krieg and salvador's action skills are my favorite
