Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.71/day in the week to Aug 24 → 2.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Hi, I’m Thorin — the solo developer behind Blossom, also known as Pebbledust Games.
This is a project I’ve been building on my own, inspired by the games I grew up with — the ones that didn’t constantly hold your hand. You had to experiment, pay attention, and slowly figure things out for yourself. I wanted to bring back that feeling of discovery, in a calm, more relaxing survival experience where the main goal is simple: bring a dead planet to life.
So what exactly is Blossom?

Clear the fog by increasing the pressure and form ice. Melt it into water by raising the temperature. Convert martian dust into soil, then green the planet with algae. Plant flowers and trees to generate oxygen and turn the sky blue. Grow forests and create biomes then create life by incubating insects, birds and animals.

Explore an unknown planet. Travel across Mars on foot, by rover, and through the air, reaching distant regions to find resources or to simply watch the results of your terraforming efforts. Discover abandoned stations, ancient machines, and wrecked ships. Visit orbital platforms, and piece together what happened to Earth and those who came before you.
You play as Blossom, a small but capable robot built to survive where humans cannot. Managing energy is central to gameplay: power your movement, tools, and machines to stay operational in a harsh environment. Playing as a robot changes how you interact with the world. Electricity replaces food, so careful energy management becomes key to progress.
Gather Mars’ resources, refine materials, automate using drones, build tools, machines and structures. Unlock blueprints, upgrade your technology, and construct bases that grow alongside the planet, supporting terraforming, exploration, and survival in increasingly complex ways.

Build and customize modular rovers, attach functional modules like batteries, storage, and mining lasers, and chain them into convoys. Drive across the planet, mine on the go, and create fully mobile or stationary outposts wherever exploration takes you. Your base is not tied to one place. It moves with you, enabling true planetary-scale exploration.
Sums Steam only; GOG publishes no volume signal, so the true total is higher by an unknown amount.

Good game, I would give it 8.5/10
Very fun game. It's one of the planet transforming games. Nice graphics. fun gameplay. Very chill. Nothing too annoying about it (like gathering a crazy amount of materials). If you want a nice game to play. I would recommend.

Bardzo przyjemna rozgrywka. Mam nadzieję że będzie rozwijana, bo jeszcze sporo rzeczy można dodać jeżeli chodzi o technologię.
A rather standard follow the tech tree survival game with larger goal of terraforming a planet. There is nothing extraordinary about it, but all the pieces are thought off well and go nice with each other. If I had to compare it to a meal its just your regular breakfast but with high quality ingredients. A story is minimalistic but gives a nice touch of mystery to the whole thing. Initially I was worried that the UI and manipulation of objects will be similar to astronner because I hated that system but this one is just borrowing a few pieces of 'game is your interface' idea from astronner but doesnt go full into it and I am glad it didnt. Very good game for everyone that likes base building and survival games.
I love that there is a cozy no threats version. I need more exploration games that don't rely on my ability to respond to threats.
Great game no major issues, needs some balancing of ore and time to terraform is to fast..
This was a really great game. ! I enjoyed every moment of it.
Just love it!
I really enjoyed *Blossom: The Seed of Life*. It was exactly the kind of game I was looking for. The power and water systems were fun mechanics that added just enough management without becoming frustrating or overwhelming. One thing that did become a bit tedious was expanding my starting area. Once I decided I didn't want everything clustered together, creating a ton of junction boxes to route power and water became more of a chore than I would have liked. The progression felt well balanced. Each new tier of equipment was scaled in a way that made unlocking it genuinely satisfying, and there was always something to work toward. The game also isn't overly difficult. My biggest piece of advice is to ignore the expanding your base to different areas, until you get higher tier power and water technology unlocked. More importantly, **keep moving**. Don't leave your character standing around while you're away, because there's a good chance you won't be alive when you come back. Performance was another pleasant surprise. The game ran great on low settings and a lower resolution using an Intel Iris Xe Graphics integrated GPU, so players with lower-end hardware should still have a good experience. Overall, if you're looking for a relaxing survival and base-building game with satisfying progression and reasonable system management, *Blossom: The Seed of Life* is definitely worth checking out. This version keeps the tone of a genuine Steam review while cleaning up the grammar and making it easier to read.
