About

The Songs have fallen silent and the world lies in ruin, lost to madness and despair. But within the high walls of Eren Keep, life persists – held together by unbreakable will and the iron fist of the Masked King, ruler and tyrant, savior and messiah.
As the swordsmith of Eren Keep, you turn steel into something more precious than gold. Customers come with coin in their hands and demands on their lips, seeking blades of deadly precision, balance, and beauty. Meet their requests, perfect your craft and find trusted companions in one of the last beacons of civilization.
Yet in the dark corners of Eren Keep, whispers of rebellion stir. The former blacksmith’s mysterious disappearance looms as an ill omen over the role you play. But play it you must, for in Eren Keep, the right blade in the right hand will change everything.

Craft swords your way using freeform blade shaping and an intricate modular building system. Create the weapons of any world – East to West, history to fantasy – with every detail customized, every piece meticulously crafted and adorned. Explore a vast library of sword parts and engravings, with plenty of materials like metal, leather, wood, obsidian and ivory to choose from. No two creations are the same.

Take commissions from warriors, nobles, and mercenaries. Use innovative tools to design and craft each sword, balancing ratings and requirements with precision to meet your customers’ specific needs and expectations. Learn how to curve blades and carve engravings, acquire rare materials, and expand your arsenal of sword parts. Keep up with demand by hiring unique characters to your forge, each with their own ambitions and stories.

Visit beautifully illustrated locations around Eren Keep, from the bustling Citadel Square to the local tavern The Den, to find opportunity, alliances, or merely a moment of respite. As you craft blades for Eren Keep’s various factions – like the scavenging Crows or the scholars of the Magisterium – will you be drawn into their visions for reclaiming the fallen world? Or will your growing influence risk attracting the Masked King’s silent gaze?

Reviews
Even for being in early access this game feels very good, the story is fun with lots of information to take in and the creativity you get out of this game is very fun in my opinion. Are there things that could be adjusted? yes, but im saving that for a full review when it comes out of EA
game gives so much ability to build really unique pieces if you watch some tutorials.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

The forge must grow
This game is more than the average job sim, It has a super in depth story mode. The story has skill checks, side quests, and exploration. The repair jobs are repetitive, but the main jobs have tons of freedom. Also, the exporting to a STL file is amazing. Seeing my creations in game come to life is amazing. A definite hidden gem 10/10 for the price.
Devs, if you're reading this, your game is wonderful but it has one place that needs MAJOR adjustments, the hiltmaking. Hiltmaking is far and away the most frustrating and imprecise part of the sword creation experience. Having no way to select your individual pieces to resize them without accidentally popping them clean off is beyond frustrating. Quillions, handguards, loops etc seem to randomly align to matter on planes in other dimensions instead of where I want on my sword. Having the the same control method used to lengthen a handle be simultaneous with the 'bend' option is giving my all my cool fantasy blades what can only be described as erectile dysfunction. Please, I'm begging you, add more precise toggles/control granularity options for hiltmaking. I'd much, MUCH prefer to spend my time initially getting accustomed to a more intricate toolkit rather than to forever struggle to acheive what I want because I'm using an imprecise one.
One of the best books I've read all year! I purchased this game solely to craft swords, to try and replicate legendary steel from my favorite games. But, what I wasn't expecting was to get hooked on such a well written, beautifully descriptive story. I loved having choices and that certain lines triggered sound effects, which made the story more immersive like the screaming in the background that forced me into reading faster and feel under pressure as I'm sure the character did in that moment. But, I imagine this part of the game was widely unexpected for most people, since only 13% have made it through Chapter 1 and a measly 3% through Chapter 2! As far as the crafting goes, there's a solid foundation that I'm sure will get refined over time. Just a few things like I wish there was an on/off toggle so you can see what a change looks like without having to trash it and rehammer it out all over again. At least create an undo and redo button. Maybe something to help organize sword sections of the same name like through layers or colored groups. And my most frustrating moments came with the inevitability of uneven engravings. Having there be some kind of axis with snap points to perfectly align designs would make my blood boil significantly less. Great game. Can't wait for Chapter 3!
