I absolutely adore Blackwell series. Feels like I love every character AND their voice actor. Story is great in all of the Blackwell games so give it a try! Though it's not widely popular I am GREATFUL that I stumbled upon this gem. Thank you, Wadjet Eye Games, for a story that I still remember in my heart even though I played it like 8 years ago. Final Score: 8/10

This is a great game which really sticks the landing in the end. And I'm curious where it goes next! You'll like this game if you like solving mysteries, thinking about what gives life meaning. The main plot revolves around helping ghosts come to terms with their own deaths and figuring out why they have died. On the negative side, some of the sound on the voices is a bit rough, and occasionally the "type things into a search engine" part of the game was annoying, specifically when I had to remember how to spell "epileptic". But overall, loved the experience.

第四作我來了! 開頭看到立繪有點愣住，我個人而言更喜歡上一代的美術風格 ( 人物上更細緻 )。但這代在地圖、人物模組上也挺用心，女主站著不動還會晃動頭髮。 從上一代固定在房間的電腦，進步到這代隨身攜帶的手機，這種偵查工具隨時代變遷進化的細節很棒。 作者有野心想要擴展整個世界觀，好好發展下去的話的確能延伸更多故事線。 這代男主的功能更具象化，能穿梭的地圖更多、更自由，合作的部分也更多了，遊戲性很不錯。整體劇情和解謎也滿順暢，很多小巧思。 期待下一作 !!!! ( 前幾代我都會翻譯，這一代我想放鬆玩就沒有特別查也順順的看過去了，真的很適合練英文 ) [spoiler] 夜光效果的名片、透過撥通電話手機螢幕亮起當光源、切換夜店的音樂..等等 [/spoiler] [spoiler] 很喜歡夜店跳舞的那一段故事，男主和那個女孩其實挺配的，對話也很俏皮無裏頭...側面也證明男女主間的感情更像是親情?畢竟女主也是從阿姨開始看女主長大 [/spoiler] [spoiler] KEN 的小彩但對玩過阿姨那代的玩家來說很驚喜，一聽到那個聲音我就想起那油膩的鋼琴家，結果看到照片應證了猜測心情大好 [/spoiler]

The music is so loud you can't hear anything anyone is saying. There is no way to turn the music down without also turning down the voice.

Best game in the series so far, they just keep getting better, the puzzles are great and story engaging. Looking forward to trying the last game now!

For the first time in the series this feels like a an adventure game that wasn't made by an overly ambitious fan. The story is pacing is much improved compared to the last one. The art seems to have shifted a bit and does look when things are still but at least there is far more movement now. For the first time the use of Joey doesn't feel too forced. They still aren't utilizing the fact that you can control two different perspectives at the same time all that well but it is an improvement on what came before. The story itself was more memorable this time although I have no doubt in my life the conlusion in the next game will disappoint but at least I could enjoy this one. So far on the series, I would say definetely skip the first two games, you may skip the third one too even though it wasn't too bad you won't miss anything but start with this one. Disclaimer: this review is still benefiting from my decision of not listening to the commentary anymore, if you tried a blackwell game with the commentary before and was turned off for obvious reasons, turn that ♥♥♥♥ off and use an achivement unlock if you need to 100% the achievements.
